I was recently very well looked after when I bought my car, Joe’s attention to detail and proper customer service was outstanding, constant updates and progress reports, even collected me from the train station, quick to answer any questions, friendly and professional.

Easy to book as they know my car. More work required than I expected so more expensive but work done well.

Getting booked in for all the work my car needed done to it was was handled by a member of the reception staff in a very helpful way.
It needed a service, an MOT and a system upgrade.To do this it was booked in for two days.
Everything went to plan, apart from a hitch in the system upgrade. A very apologetic member of the reception staff told me there had been a delay in the delivery of one part needed to complete the upgrade. This would mean that my car would have to be booked in again once that component had arrived. I haven't yet heard of any update on this situation.

Staff when purchasing car were helpful and very pleasant but a problem with sat nav, music, phone screen has been awful as keeps cutting out and now have to wait for 3 weeks to have repaired. Very disappointing for a new car

I particularly liked that the point of contact at Specialist Cars - SEAT, was straight-talking and avoided some of the 'fluff' that can be associated with other cars sales persons.

It made the whole process far more pleasant. Communication throughout was excellent.

Came in to look at what the dealership had on a Saturday afternoon with no real idea what we wanted other than a budget in mind. Joe found us the best possible car to fit our budget with great perseverance and honesty. The service following was second to none with clear communication and timely responses to any questions I had. Joe has made the entire process incredibly easy and stress free and I will definitely be back in to visit when I'm looking for my next upgrade. Recently bought a nearly new car from this branch, I am delighted with the car and the high level of customer service I received. I feel we paid a very reasonable price too. Harry was friendly, helpful, informative and gave us plenty of time to mull things over and plenty of opportunity to ask questions. He also took time to go over the controls, digital dashboard etc when I picked the car up. Very happy customer!

We just collected a car from Specialist cars Seat Dundee and have to say that the customer service provided by Heather Dolan and Joe Lundie was excellent. This was simply the easiest car purchase we have made to date, facilitated by the afore mentioned.

Took 4 weeks to fix handbrake and carry out a software update and do an oil change. No curtesy car offered, had to constantly phone for updates. Expected better from Seat/John Clark Group. STILL not received the promised paperwork for the warranty on the handbrake parts that had to be replaced

Always had brilliant service when my car has been in for a service or repair. Process of booking is very smooth, branch staff friendly and helpful, car comes back clean and repaired.
