Everything went exceptionally well and the rate of which business was carried out was second to none. Chris was superb at keeping me right with all documents needing signed and got this deal completed in a short space of time and went above and beyond looking after me and the car.

Keiran Amato was brilliant and found the right car for us . Perfect service and no hard sell. Efficient with paperwork and after only two days we got our car. I would fully recommend this garage.

Paid deposit on a Q3 before car was to go to workshop for usual checks ..after this I was told the car had major issues with gear box and not viable for them to fix so were sending car to auction.. two days later car had full years MOT and change of logbook owner.. draw your own conclusions but best AVOID in my opinion as after calling them they said they didn’t have to provide me with an explanation whether car went to auction or was sold to another customer VERY unprofessional and abysmal customer service.

No reply from Pentland Stirling who was supposed to be investigating my case on the 24th of July! I rest my case. I won’t be back. You don’t deserve a one. I would score you zero if I could.

Having had several Range Rovers for about 15 years I must say the quality of service at the John Clark LandRover dealership in Stirling is by far the best .
My car was booked in for both a service and warranty work on the alloys .
Both were carried out without any issues and a big thank you to Eric the manager and Skye on customer service who kept me well informed and were an absolute delight to deal with .

First class service provided from test drive to collection. The garage replaced the timing belt on the vehicle, although this was not a requirement.
Salesman Jack Patterson was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending JC Select to family & friends in the future. Hopefully not needed, if I should require after sales service. I would hope, this service to be the same.

I bought a Mercedes GLC 220d from Gordon Bennett at John Clark Stirling. He was incredibly helpful in the showhouse and also during the test drive. There was feeling of rush to get the car bought and get out like I have experienced at other dealerships; he was incredibly professional and I am very happy with the car.

Discovered after car was home. Car was meant to have had a 150 point check?? Have emailed the guy who I dealt with at showroom, but still no reply to my email.

They stated it would get full service. Service book has not been stamped.
Filters not changed. (Requested before purchase that all of the cars’ filters be changed with emails to prove request.)
New tyres fitted. Requested before purchase that high quality tyres be fitted as part of MOT with emails to prove request. Got the cheapest Chinese tyres available on market.
Engine oil filter was leaking.
Engine oil on minimum level.
Low speed brake squeal. Also, rear pads borderline on minimum limit for MOT.
Engine coolant way below the minimum.
Battery failing (Start/Stop) does not function. Battery shows it is failing after test.
Clutch / gear change issue when the car is warmed up and getting worse and more notchy by the day.

2nd key for car did not work. They stated it needed a battery. It was just a plastic shell and did not have any of the electronics inside.

Have put together photo file of all the issues. So basically nothing was fully inspected on the car and the bare minimum done to pass its MOT, which they also do themselves.

Have warranty which I am now thinking won't be worth the paper it's written on, especially as the clutch is not covered. If the clutch fails I will be seeking legal recourse.
