Just purchased a car from the Stirling Branch and have to say, what a fantastic experience from start to finish. Special mention to Gordon who was courteous, friendly and very professional.

We've had the car for nearly a week now and are delighted with every aspect. We did have an issue with a wheel which requires rebalancing , but this was promptly rectified with Gordon collecting personally from my place of work and returning the following day. Try and get Arnold Clark to do that!.

Cameron and Ramsay are super easy to deal with & kept me updated with what was needing done to my car and was done at a fantastic price. I managed to get it seen to within a week and repairs done within a few hours.

Dealt with Gordon - couldn’t fault it! Couldn’t get the car I wanted in NI, so had to travel further afield. Gordon was able to talk me through my options and all handled very professionally. I had no pressure put on me and I reserved the car online through their site. All very straightforward when my wife and I arrived. We were greated with refreshments after our 4.5hour journey and made feel welcome. Had our tax, change of keeper and new owner forms completed on site so had no reason to leave. All very professional and no fuss! Felt well looked after. Courtesy call the next day when we were back in Belfast was a nice touch. Well done Gordon and team!

fantastic service, fantastic team, they explained everything, advised, helped, of course, after a week the car went crazy, all the lights came on I went back to the dealer, the car was repaired in a few hours, all the faults were eliminated, I am really very satisfied

Recently purchased a Tesla model 3 from John Clark Stirling. Chris was great throughout. Kept us updated on the process and was great to deal with. Car was presented in a great condition with new tyres all round. Would use John Clark again in future.

Had a great buying experience, I chose John Clark as worried about spending tens of thousands on a car and JK hit all the positives for a place to buy.
Unfortunately that’s when the customer service dropped. 7 weeks ago I picked up the car, had the windscreen replaced during the checks before they hand over the car but when I picked it up it had errors in the dash about Audi presense not working, after a bit of digging this is common after a screen replacement as needs the cameras etc re calibrated, so emailed my sales rep the same night. Constantly been chasing since, most of the time having to call after promising timescales but then nothing happening, due to holidays etc. last Wednesday was promised another call after they having to check with their manager when I can get booked in and still nothing. Was waiting for things like this to be fixed but now 7 or so weeks down the line with safety features not working on the car I feel now is the time to write the review as I cannot hand in heart recommend John Clark and after spending a considerable amount of money I would have thought these sort of things could be sorted in the matter of a week or so. Disappointed as the sales element was great but after service is terrible.

Bought a Qashqai from here this week. Great service from Chris -friendly and easy going, but made sure everything went through smoothly. The car was awaiting its final prep when we test drove it, and true to their word they replaced a few parts that needed changing before we collected it. We feel to have got a good deal. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I originally spoke with Gordon over the phone to save me time running out to Sterling from Glasgow & He gave me an approx cost for my trade in. When I did manage to see the new car it was Chris that I dealt with & everything went smoothly no pressure sale just let me take my time to look the car over & take it for a drive . As for the trade in, we agreed on a cost pretty much what Gordon had originally said. Thanks Chris for all your help & I'm really happy with the car

Excellent customer service - car needed couple chip marks sorted and all was done in matter of days and all perfect when car collected - thanks Gordon for the smooth transaction and non pressure sale.

Easy and efficient service. I viewed a used car just as it arrived at the garage and it needed some bodywork cleaning up. When I collected it a week later it was immaculate.
Chris was very friendly and professional keeping me informed all throughout the purchase process.

Was looking for an electric car, test drove a Tesla at the Stirling Branch, staff all very attentive, Cameron in particular was full of knowledge on the car I wanted to buy which allowed me to make an informed purchase!
