I bought a car remotely and it was a very smooth experience which has clearly matured with a customer in mind. I received videos, regular updates and friendly reassuring conversations about the process. Our Sales exec, Chris, came across as very genuine and considerate. Car received is beautiful, no fuss no drama.

Cameron was very professional

Paid a deposit to secure a vehicle for test drive and to allow them to sort out finance. This review relates to Stirling branch and their head of finance. Due to a problem with VAT registered name still being under previous business my finance company wouldnt deal. No problem, I let them know that I wouldn't progress with purchase.

Despite sending several emails I've had no response, response from emails pre-sale of course. Seems once you've declined to purchase they simply don't care. I still haven't received a response or a refund of deposit.

A great shame I've had to contact JLR in Gaydon for their assistance. Was always happy to allow time for refund - a courtesy email would have helped.

Seems the only interest in you is when it's all to their benefit.

The service on buying my car was so easy . The sales guy Jack was so helpful and informative of everything about the process and also the car .
Couldnt fault it . The guys in the showroom were also really friendly and chatty . I felt really at ease and look forward to buying again from John Clark in Stirling .
