Car booked in for an investigation to a fault on the infotainment system.
This was identified fairly quickly to be a faulty module and a fault with the SOS telephone system.
The telephone fault was rectified quickly .
A part for the infotainment needed to be ordered. The part was received on 20th and fitted hat day.
I was advised that the car was ready to be picked up. However during the time the car was in the franchise my wife had a double cataract operation and was unable to drive.
Explaining this to Elaine in service department she managed to facilitate a retreat day which was much appreciated

John Ckark Aberdeen were excellent to deal with.
John Clark Aberdeen Volkswagen were excellent from start to finish.
Callum Webster was the salesperson, he first class in his approach and very informative about the car we were interested in, a VW Tiago.
He was very “patient” and helpful indeed with all the paper work required to change our private plate over, ensuring our tax and insurance documentation was all in order.
Negotiating the deal was with him was without any hassle and very professionally completed.
Would definitely recommend him and John Clark Aberdeen to any future potential customers.

Callum made our experience the best…
Callum made our experience the best ever. I’ve bought a few cars over the years from Specialist Cars…but I’ve honestly never quite experienced a salesman like him…his banter was amazing, didn’t overly sell the car and gave me much more time to consider my purchase much more than Adam did 3 years ago.
