After sales service very poor
Sales 1st class, unfortunately after sales very poor, expected better. Reported a warranty repair Dec 2025 and still waiting to have it fixed in full. Now given a date May 2026, five months after initially reporting the problem. Front desk staff very nice but no follow up call received after being turned away on Mon, now Fri.

Booked into service dept with courtesy car.
Booked into service dept with courtesy car. Phoned me 2 days before saying I only had car for a day. Asked if my car would be fixed in one day to be told dunno.
Told I'd have to bring the car back whether mine was fixed or not, leaving me to find public transport to Fraserburgh.
Car had been booked in since mid December '25. No effort to resolve the situation. Made to feel it was my fault.
I was given a 08.15 appointment and was told my car would be looked at "some time in the afternoon"
How a service department would offer a loan car for one day when they don't know how long the repair is going to take is beyond me.
Service department totally uninterested.
Ended well though, took my car to a local garage who repaired in less than 24 hrs and charged a fraction of the price.
You're service department should be renamed "poor service department"

Overall good experience from start to finish. Salesperson Noufal was very efficient, straight away arranging a demo XC60 for us to test drive. Once we had picked our next XC60 car was prepared and delivered in short notice. Car was very well prepared with good handover process. Pleasure to deal with.

Terrible Customer Service
Purchased a second hand Volvo from John Clark Aberdeen. Terrible customer service, the only time they were proactive was too secure the sale. Car was dirty on handover, issues pointed out during viewing of the car were not rectified. Subsequent requests for information not answered. If you want efficient friendly service, look elsewhere.
