Just purchased my 3rd mini from Leonie and Andris in John Clark Mini Aberdeen. First class experience which is why I wouldn't go anywhere else. Fast, friendly, professional and nothing was any bother. Andris went out his way and out of hours to help.
My husband has now also purchased an Aceman! I feel people are quick to write when things go wrong but great service isn't as recognised or great staff. Mini Aberdeen are lucky to have you both.

We recently purchased a Mini Clubman from John Clark Motor Group Mini Aberdeen, and our experience was truly exceptional, thanks to the outstanding service provided by Beth.

From the moment we inquired online, Beth was incredibly helpful and responsive. She promptly arranged a viewing and test drive, during which we instantly fell in love with the car. Throughout the entire process, Beth was patient, informative, and professional, guiding us seamlessly through every step.

What truly impressed us was Beth’s dedication to ensuring an exceptional experience. She went above and beyond by personally delivering the car to the Mini dealership in our city, where she took the time to explain all the features and functionalities, including the fantastic Mini app.

The delightful doggy toy for our four-legged family member, Sherlock, was a lovely surprise. It's clear that Minis aren't just cars; they're a lifestyle, and Beth made sure we felt welcomed into the Mini family.

If we could, we’d give this experience a trillion stars to John Clark Motor Group and especially to Beth. She’s a shining star in the car industry!

Handover of the car on the day of receiving was good for explaining the car itself, however I had to ask about the free insurance that was included with my car. I also had to chase my car, delivery date exceeded what was stated in ordering but I did not receive updates without contacting the dealership. I also had to ask for explanation about some of the extras that were included in my financial breakdown that I wouldn’t normally have chosen to pay for - tyre and alloy and paint protection. I had arranged a day and time to collect my new car but the day before was asked to come in at a different time. The original time was achieved however it felt rushed when discussing the paperwork. Also mistakes had been made with some of the paperwork which meant I had to sign some documents twice

Excellent service from John Clark Mini Aberdeen.
From test drive to ordering and, taking delivery of my new Mini, I was kept informed either by phone call or email.
The salesperson was very knowledgeable and, nothing was too much trouble!
And, the hot chocolate was very welcome too!
