I recently purchased a vehicle from Land Rover in Perth and was very impressed with the level of service provided by Shaun and Dean. From the outset, they were professional, approachable, and transparent throughout the entire process.

Disappointing Service
Service before the purchase of my new defender was great, and Mark has been very helpful throughout, however the experience since then has been less than satisfactory.
I purchased the Defender in good faith, knowing that it had a 1 year unlimited milege warranty as well as a '165 multi point inspection' prior to my purchase.
In less than 20 days it has developed a major air suspension fault. I have attempted to get the car repaired locally (as I live far away from Pentland Land Rover Perth) using the approved used warranty at a Local Land Rover Dealer.
The warranty work has been incredibly slow since Pentland have not supplied the Multi Point Inspection Documents to the warranty company, to prove that the car was in good order prior to my purchase. I am disappointed that I have not received any replies from their service department or anyone other than Mark (who has been very apologetic) to try and rectify this issue.
I have now owned what was my dream car for over a month, and for 50% of that time it has been sat in a garage compound awaiting repair. Certainly not a premium service.

While it’s encouraging to know that Mark has been helpful and supportive throughout, it's clear that the aftersales support has not matched the standard we aim to deliver, particularly when it comes to communication and the delays caused by missing documentation.
We fully appreciate how disappointing it must be to have your vehicle off the road so soon after purchase, especially when it was meant to be your dream car. Please be assured that we are investigating this matter internally as a priority to understand what went wrong and to help bring this situation to a resolution as quickly as possible. This is not the level of care we want any of our clients to experience.
