Our friendly and experienced rental team are based at our Ransomes Europark dealership and can offer a wide range of the latest Ford cars, people carriers, vans & minibuses for short or long term hire. Delivery and collection can be arranged, as can European hire and multiple drivers. Our competitive prices are fully inclusive and all of our short term rentals come with an unlimited mileage. We're open Monday to Saturday and we'll be happy to help in any way we can.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, friendly staff that dealt with all the required checks needed for rental with ease. Quick to respond to emails too, when further information was required due to a change of address on my driving licence. I will be sure to use and recommend John Grose rental in Ipswich in future.

Excellent, stress free experience
Was dealt by Alex Phillip's who was amazing throughout the process of us hiring a van. He clearly explained the costs and showed us around the vehicle's functions etc. Alex, Thankyou youre an absolute credit to John Grose.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly,nothing was to much trouble even when dealing with an older customer who wasn’t as computer savvy as he is now.
The vehicle was clean and ready when they said it would be, special mention to Gemma for her help.

Great value and service
The hiring experience was great from start to finish, helpful and friendly team.
We hired the Tourneo which we loved using for our holiday, six of us in an eight seater so lots of room and the boot is enormous!
Good value, almost a £100 cheaper per day than other hire companies.

Great value and service
I rented a Transit Custom for the day, and it was an easy experience.
The rate was what first attracted me to John Grose, and I was presently surprised to get such a high spec van.
The booking process was easy and straightforward, as was the hand over and return process.
I can highly recommend them for great value and excellent customer service.

Great van hire with unlimited mileage
The Ford Transit Custom I hired was superbly well specified and a very good drive. Very good value for a longer journey as there is no mileage limit unlike other rental companies.

Good service
Easy to hire, all done online/email so ecerything paperwork wise done. Staff were really helpful and patient. Van was clean inside and out and comfortable to drive for 8 hours plus.
