Our friendly and experienced rental team are based at our Ransomes Europark dealership and can offer a wide range of the latest Ford cars, people carriers, vans & minibuses for short or long term hire. Delivery and collection can be arranged, as can European hire and multiple drivers. Our competitive prices are fully inclusive and all of our short term rentals come with an unlimited mileage. We're open Monday to Saturday and we'll be happy to help in any way we can.

Satisfaction guaranteed
Enquiry through to quote, booking and payment was very easy. Staff were very friendly and Nicky at John Gross Ipswich was professional and helpful. The van was great to drive and in excellent condition. The whole express very positive and I would thoroughly recommend them to anybody.

A friendly team and variety to choose from.
The team at Ford Rental at John Grose was very helpful from my initial inquiry throughout my rental cycle. Great service
Great service, brand new vehicle. If local the EV can be returned depleted of charge and hence cost saving. One issue, the floor area seemed to have been valeted and load was sliding about, rather than the floor gripping it

The online booking process was quick and straightforward, and payment was hassle-free. Although there was a minor problem during vehicle pickup, it was promptly resolved. Returning the car after hours was seamless, and the security deposit was refunded within three days.

Swift response to booking on line, easy to make payment. There was a small issue when picking up the vehicle which was rectified immediately. Returned out of hours which was simple and refund of security deposit within three days

John Grose rental department is excellent, especially for longer term rentals.
Your people working in the rental department. Especially Alex. All Are friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. This is the third time we have long term rented (several months at a time) from John
Grose and it has always been an excellent experience. Cars are reliable, nearly new and suit what we wanted, as visitors to UK for several months, perfectly - and at half the price it would have cost us from one of the majors like Hertz or Avis.

The whole process was very easy and efficient, the bus was in very good condition and the staff were really helpful
The only reason it was not a 5 star was due to the length of time it took to get my deposit back. I feel this can be done quicker once the vehicle was checked
