I'm a SW and follow a few influencers in the scene, and saw John Thomas Toys keep popping up in my feed. I thought I'd check them out. First impressions on the website, really clean design and easy layout, and a really impressive selection. The reviews I had seen were all for extra large dildos, but every toy also comes in small, medium and large if you fancied it. Some toys had 2 colour choices which I liked. The designs of the toys are awesome, if you're a first time buyer and just wanted something traditional, then they have a great range of those. But if you're after something a bit more adventurous, or fantasy themed, then they have loads to choose from of them too! From snakes, and Godzilla themed, to a gorgeous candle toy.
I eventually decided on The Convict, and Koi Toy - a gorgeous green, scaled toy that just really caught my eye! They arrived really quickly and were packaged well. I was really happy with the size of the toys, and they feel amazing to the touch. The website had some info on how they use medical grade silicone so it's super high quality stuff that you can clean in the dishwasher or heat up in the microwave etc. I gave mine a wash as I do before use out of habit, and gave them a spin. In terms of use, these things are incredible! I've got a small collection of toys from various companies and the others are all collecting dust at the moment since getting these. I'll 100% be using John Thomas Toys for some future purchases, and recommend them to anyone looking for somewhere that sells great quality toys!

I placed an order with JTT after a recommendation on Reddit. Delivery was really fast and the toy was well packaged. The toy itself was bigger than I expected but I'm very happy with it. The quality is amazing and I'm actually really impressed overall. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

John Thomas sell's premium quality products and offer a service to match. I've shopped here twice, both times a great experience. Website is easy to navigate and the depth of information on each product is second to none. I had a query on a particular product which was answered very promptly, and the overall feeling of care for customer is noteworthy. I can't recommend another premium sex toy company that comes close to the package John Thomas Toys offers.

It took very little time to receive my order! Which really impresses me. As for the quality of the toy......it is a VERY nice ride! We ordered the medium. Which should me called LARGE! And large should called UNFREAGINREAL! But anyway,just watching my wifes facial expressions when she unwrapped this beast was worth every penny,lol. Can't wait to watch her try it out! I received a toy with a small defect, customare service was quick to solve my issue very much to my liking. I can only recommend any company to implement the level of customer care that I experienced at John Thomas Toys.

Amazing customer service - ordered a masturbator toy, which had just gone out of stock in the colour I asked for. Received an email within half an hour to inform me of this, and offer a different colour of the same product.

Received the toy the next day, and had some trouble using it. When I told them this, Philip was kind enough to offer a refund.

What can I say. great website, really easy to use and great range of items. Products themselves are amazing quality - easily as good as Mr. Hankey's stuff and at a good price. Really fast delivery too.
I had need to contact their Customer Services once and their response was very quick and sorted out my query straight away. We've quite a few items so far and will be getting more. I do have to say however that the loyalty system is not terribly intuitive and can only be used to get £10 off per order and only if you aren't using another discount code but that's a very minor quibble. Overall an excellent company with excellent products well worth using.

Having made a couple purchases from John Thomas Toys and owning seven of their products, I can comfortably say they're easily one of my top favourite companies in the business. They are not without faults however, but those are pretty minimal and the positives greatly overweight the bad.

The good:
+ An ENORMOUS range of goods all in four sizes, two firmness options (shore soft A-15 and medium A-20) and generally two color schemes.
+ The aforementioned four sizes deserve a point just by themselves. Truly, whether you are planning on buying your very first toy or are a certified size queen, JTT has got your needs covered! But be careful, the L and XL aren't comparable to accidentally buying a set of clothing too big. Buy a toy way out of your league and it'll just be gathering dust on a display shelf and you'll end up explaining the odd decoration to your guests over and over again. Doesn't sound too bad actually. Just be careful with the sizes and read the measurements VERY carefully.
+ Toy quality is extremely solid. Platinum silicone and copper molds makes the toys completely seamless, body-safe, flexy and durable. My favourite material hands down.
+ Almost all of the toys have a vac-u-loc compatible base straight up. No questions asked, no extra charges. Making the toys go hand-in-hand with sex machines or such straight out of the box with no extra hassle!
+ Customer support so superb you'd think every purchase comes with it's own personal support person out of an army of support personnel. A personal thanks to Phillip, who swiftly resolved an issue with my order and handled it in my favour. Also included some compensation chocolate too, how sweet!
+ UK based storage, affordable shipping. The usual big names in the fantasy silicone toys business are based in the US, making EU shipping slow and expensive, not to forget the damned import tax. JTT is a godsend for those of us living in the Europe.
+ FAST dispatch. As everything is sent straight from stock. Naturally excluding the items that have run out of stock.
+ Discreet shipping.
+ Frequent -50% off campaigns.

The bad:
- No customisation. Despite the range being so wide your wallet will be begging for mercy before you're even halfway filling your cart with your desired designs, there's a severe lack of personal customisation. No custom colors whatsoever (fusion pours are nice and makes each toy unique, but when you cannot choose the colors yourself, it doesn't make them unique enough for me). Obviously, having something made entirely custom would delay the dispatch.
- No REALLY soft firmness. A personal issue if any, but I mostly prefer my toys way softer than the JTT soft option especially with larger toys. The A-15 is excellent for small and medium sizes though. Haven't tried the A-20 so can't say anything about that.
- Toys tend to have some minor pouring mishaps such as airbubbles. While these aren't that uncommon, in my case they're always located in the base, making them have zero effect on the usability of the toy. Judging by the other reviews I could have sent them complaints about these and possibly received some compensation, but I'm honestly not troubled about such minor issues in the base of the toy whatsoever.
- No option for suction cup base. As the toys have a vac-u-lock compatible base by default there's no suction cup option. During the time of writing this review (or is it permanent? I forgot), JTT has a campaign for sending out a free vac-u-lock compatible suction cup addon with each toy that supports it. And while the addon suction cups aren't that strong, they're still better than nothing, and complaining about free stuff would just be rude.

The bottom line (or top if you prefer it that way):
Personally I'd find it hard to justify buying at full price solely for the reasons of lacking proper customisation and a squishy soft firmness (if going L/XL), but maybe that's just me. If I'm paying top dollar for a toy, then I want it personalised to perfection. Simple as that.

However with JTT running -50% campaigns all the time (no really, seems like there's such a campaign going on at any and every given excuse such as different seasons. are they crazy?) they're downright AMAZING bang for buck and impossible to pass up on!

I 200% recommend John Thomas Toys while they're having a -50% campaign no matter how (in)experienced you are when it comes to silicone fantasy toys. Just keep in mind the measurements and the firmnesses. Go on, try some completely unfamiliar design for example, it'll surely be fun. If you don't mind the aforementioned downsides and got some extra money on your hands, by all means go ahead and buy at full price. The materials aren't cheap after all and well justify the standard pricing, I'm just very picky.

A solid 4/5 absolutely. Will surely come back for more!

I ordered Rhaegar & Convict in XL size. 1st time I'm comming across JTT.
* 3 working days between order & actual delivery. Wow... Excellent order processing.
* Keenly priced silicone material. XL dildos usually are expensive when it comes to large sizes.
* Nicely shaped dildos. Rhaegar is a killer with its twisted shaft. As for convict, its ever increasing circumference makes it a second to none 'hole opener'... Not for the faint hearted ones however^^
Color choice would have been nice, but one cannot have its cake & eat it.
Globally, an excellent impression for a 1st time order.
Will order again.

Firstly, the sculpt and material are the best I've ever seen. The platinum silicone is unlike anything else I own - I'd really recommend the soft version. Secondly, JT's customer service is excellent. I contacted them the day that my order arrived when there were a few problems with a faulty product. I received a super friendly call a little bit later from customer service who, no qualms, offered me either a replacement of any model in the same size or a full refund. Haven't ever experienced customer service like it, to be honest. Will 100% shop here again in the future. Would highly recommend JTT.

Philip was incredibly helpful and punctual when I managed to break my toy before getting to use it properly. Despite it being entirely my own fault, he organised a replacement part to be sent the very same day! I greatly appreciate the effort he has put in for me despite me being a first time customer.

Packaging is very discrete. My item came vacuum sealed and packed tightly with packing paper. They obviously have an excellent level of professionalism throughout their distribution chain and I would absolutely trust that any order with them will be safe in transit.

Overall I highly recommend John Thomas toys to anybody who is interested in what they offer, and will absolutely be interested in buying off of them again.
