John thomas toys are amazing!!! Me an my partner fell in love with the bad dragon dildos from the usa, the crazy designs and squirting dildos looked so good but we hated the prices and the damn import charges !! We'd been looking for a uk based company for AGES that sold bad dragon or at least sold similar high quality silicone dildos .... and then one day we finally came across John Thomas Toys .. WOW!!!!!! amazing designs, top grade silicone, UK based, quick delivery and at good prices.
The dildos are insane .. so much detail, great choice of sizes, great choice of designs and two firmnesses, the soft firmness is perfect .. we brought one to try and wow, we fell in love, the very next day we brought two more. John thomas toys are the only place we'll be buying our dildos from now on, super safe high quality silicone and amazing designs ... cant wait to see what they have in store next.

I’ve just stumbled on John Thomas having used Bad Dragon before including their shipping fees and import duties. The John Thomas toys are just as good and with the sale, a lot cheaper to the door. The material is fantastic and they offer some great designs, looking forward to more.

Their customer service is excellent too, having dealt with Phillip over the last few days, I’ve been compensated for late delivery as well as been helped in swapping toys when I ordered some in haste and wanted to change. I was called to discuss an order to ensure I was totally satisfied

Very happy with my purchase. Quality item, great delivery for any time let alone at the moment. Only slight issue is the large vac-u-lock base does not function as it should, pretty sure its not me or the surfaces I have tried it on. Still gets 5 stars on the actual product, quality, price and delivery. Excellent service and experience all round.

I have bought four items from this company and am extremely happy that I did. They did forget to post one of the items, but that was in the post as soon as I emailed about it.

The packaging is discreet and well done. The toys are of high quality and the material used is fantastic. Soft to the touch, easy to clean and it doesn't smell.

Fantastic company very efficient. Less than 24 hours after ordering my item arrived.
It was completely discreet plain packaging.
I had a minor issue but I emailed and I was sent a replacement.
I wish I knew about this company sooner, they have a size and style that caters to everyone. The toy feels very luxurious and is very smooth and very comfortable (I do wish I got the small but I was greedy) it's definitely going to be fun.

We luckily stumbled upon this site via a toy reviewer who spoke very highly of their products and we couldn't be happier with what we purchased.

The toy is very well made, quality silicone that looks and feels fantastic. They even supplied it with a free protective pouch and large suction cup attachment, both of which are great quality as well and much appreciated.

If I had one complaint though, and it's a very minor one, they have a limited range of lubricants on offer, but this is something you can easily purchase elsewhere if you have a brand you enjoy using.

Great service overall and we'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

Great quality products at great prices. I was really happy with the quality of the toys I got as sometimes the materials used in sex toys can be terrible. My products arrived quickly with up to date tracking information, the packaging was totally discrete no reference to whats in the box anywhere. I'll definitely be back to take advantage of great sale prices.

It’s amazing to see such great customer service along side well made top shelf items at amazing prices. It’s hard to find products like the ones John Thomas Toys make in today’s market and I have definitely found my “Go To” when I fancy a little (or LARGE) naughty order. The simple ordering process on the John Thomas Toys website and the listings with so much honest information (sizes in particular) meant that I ordered a dildo that was the perfect addition to my sex toy collection.

Without feeling awkward or embarrassed he explained to me how some of the toys were particularly designed for different uses.
