Large led globe bulbs
Bought half a dozen large globe bulbs from Juice. They arrived within a week and were considerably cheaper than our local lighting shop. They were packed safely and I have bought from them since. Highly recommended.

Endon Whistle 6lt Pendant 1 £267.89
I ordered this back in November as it was supposed to be fitted at that time. I have been out the house due to damage and the contractors did not get round to fitting it until last week, it does not fit.
I contacted your company and was told it was too long ago and I was not entitled to a swap or refund. I should have checked the the appliance at the time.
Firstly I could not check the appliance as I was not in the property. Secondly not sure if I could have worked out what the problem was, 10cm bracket too big for my ceiling rose.Your website made no mention of the size of the bracket, even if the picture I bought from had showed the light fitting in contact with the ceiling I might have had a chance but it didn't.
Would be interested in your thoughts on the matter.
