Amazing customer service
Exemplary customer service. Issues with lack of flexibility with regards to courier service (FedEx); Juice customer service responded speedily, efficiently as well as in great detail, going above and beyond. No issues with the products received and should I need similar products again I will return, despite FedEx.

Was told I could return x2 lights that I bought for £130, returned these accordingly, but never heard from the company again despite contacting them, and never received a refund. So no lights, and £130 for nothing.

Please can you confirm your Juice Returns Authorisation Number? As well as this please can you provide Proof of Delivery Evidence from the courier used for the return?
