This business is bullying people
I can’t believe that an actual business is calling people fatty, scabby and insult them because of their appearance. Hope this business closes asap.
Awful customer service and brand owner…
Awful customer service and brand owner is very mean to the people who they rely on to buy their underwhelming products! I can’t believe they have so many supporters tbh. For a small brand, their attitude is gross!
Bully brand owner
Due to recent Brand action and owner bullying their customer I will not support this brand in the future. Products feel, smell and look like dropship aliexpress shit. If you don’t want a headache and insults from the owner consider saving your hard earned money and AVOIDING THIS BRAND at all costs
If I could leave zero stars I would
If I could leave zero stars I would! Worst company Ive ever dealt with! Product turned up 6 weeks after purchase and when I emailed after 3 weeks to ask where it was was told to take a chill pill and that if I hadn’t paid extra for faster postage that was my fault it hadn’t been sent yet😳
Product was dry, flaky and pigment was awful. Worse than revoluntion palettes and that says a lot! When I requester to refund amd refund got told they don’t do refunds and it was clearly that I hadn’t a clue how to use makeup properly and incorrect application!
The brand owners attitude stinks and having seen her reaction and nastiness to another person online recently prompted me to actually leave this review a year on.
Had to do a chargeback from my bank to get a refund in the end as I was blocked on email etc by extremely unprofessional “brand”
Gemma get a proper job and live in the real world
Not only does this brand have terrible…
Not only does this brand have terrible business practices on top on horrible shipping and damaged packages, but their owner is extremely rude to customers i will never buy another product and there are other brands with better glitter products!
Awful products!
Absolutely terrible company and…
Absolutely terrible company and customer service. I’d advise anyone to really think twice about purchasing from this company.
The brand team's behaviour is unacceptable.
The brand's customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend to spend money for this brand. There is no accountability for any mistakes, delays.
The brand bully anyone who dares to criticise their actions. AVOID!
Kaima cosmetics bullied and called…
Kaima cosmetics bullied and called names to a customer who called out the brand owner's bad behaviour of asking for good Trustpilot reviews without having an experience as an actual customer. Long shipping times, no customer service and they're big bullies! Unethical business behaviours
Two stars- at least it showed up
I bought products last year and had really forgotten about it but have now been prompted to write this review due to the brands recent actions.
The two single eyeshadows I bought arrived. However really under perform other indie brands I have tried like glaminatrix, terra moons, shine by sd, cliondha just to name a few. After using their products I'm convinced it's just white labeled goods.
Have a look at a brand called CHARMACY on AliExpress
Overall I'd avoid the brand and if your specifically after UK indie makeup, give pastel roses a go
The makeup is cheap drop shipped made…
The makeup is cheap drop shipped made in China quality. Seriously concerned with the ingredients as they haven't as strict guidelines on things like carcinogens. Really talc like and poor colour pay off. So many better brands out there.
Awful customer service to honest and…
Awful customer service to honest and ethical feedback.
Absolutely the worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service. Products don't show up, customer service could not care less. Shameful.
Received a few shadows as a gift
Received a few shadows as a gift. Good lord the fallout is horrendous. Customer service? Even worse. Incredibly disappointing experience.
Extremely poor customer service.
Any brand owner that goes out of their way to talk like a teenage bully to a member of the public is not worth supporting. Spend hour hard earned money elsewhere. The owner has no ethical standards and is clearly rabid because their con has been called out.
Highly unprofessional business which…
Highly unprofessional business which calls for fake reviews on social media accounts and sends disgusting messages in response to constructive criticism. I would never support them or buy anything from such an unethical brand.
