Owner said some incredibly disgusting things about one of their customers. Turned off their comments and are hiding. This brand is represented by mean girls and in 2025 we dont give our money to people like that.
There are plenty of other brands that have pretty eye shadow and aren't rotten on the inside, don't support this brand.
Customer service is appalling
Customer service is appalling. Trying to have 1 Star reviews removed because they're wanting their bad actions to disappear is shameful. How you treat someone, name calling, shaming them on their appearance, is absolutely related to company experience. I would never tolerate any company for treating someone like they're lesser, and everyone should have the right to know.

I just saw the receipts explaining the negative reviews. Wow. Truly disrespectful, unprofessional, and rude customer service coming directly from the brand owner! Before you consider ordering from this brand, which does NOT deserve your money, please do your research on how they treat people and what language they use, thinking they're invincible. I recommend watching the 14.08.25 podcast of The Sesh for anyone even remotely considering placing an order.
Unprofessional
Unprofessional. Misleading. Bully.
Why is your dad writing social media posts/emails? You are a grown person and a business owner. Stop playing the victim
Lmfao.

Horrible owner and she body shames/insults people who give constructive criticism
Karma.
Isn't it ironic that Kaima Cosmetics went from begging their followers to falsely inflate the brand's trustpilot reviews just for it to backfire HORRIBLY and get review bombed when it was revealed that the brand owner bullies its customers who didn't leave good reviews and called them out for foul behavior? The way Ella was treated is very unprofessional, as well as the customers who did not have good experiences with customer service. Falsely inflating reviews over a single negative review is desperate behavior, showing that the brand owner, Gemma, cannot take a single ounce of criticism. She is also a bully with an ego bigger than her business will ever be.
Tanking your entire business over being unable to accept criticism and begging followers to falsely inflate reviews is a choice. I love that the internet has banded together to review bomb this business to the ground after the incident where Ella was harassed by Gemma after she called her out for getting people to write false reviews.
Highly unprofessional
I think this company is extremely unprofessional, do not recommend buying from them.
Absolutely Disappointed in This Brand's Behavior
Honestly, I totally agree with all these reviews. The way this company and owner have behaved, being rude, unprofessional, and just downright bullying, it's honestly so disappointing. Supporting a brand that treats customers like that is just a no-go for me. Respect and kindness should come first, and it’s clear they lack both. Definitely not the kind of vibe I want to support.

Horrible owner and worst customer service
Really bad
Really bad, drop shipped makeup. Horrible and rude customer service. Would not recommended to anyone!!
Imagine calling someone for their looks…
Imagine calling someone for their looks across social media and owning a makeup brand. That is just...brain scratchingly bad.
I have used kaima for a while, have a drawer full of their stuff that I ordered in bulk. Some stuff is good, some meh.
Liquid shadows dry down to nothing, flakes come off during the day. Mediocre brand with a disturbing view of what customer service is and what language is acceptable to use when addressing potential customers.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Owner is a vile bully. Don’t line the pockets of awful people.
Untrustworthy brand. Avoid at all costs!
1. Kaima's products are clearly droppshipped--look up the Chinese brand Charmacy, which has been around for much longer, and how they resemble each other.
2. I do not support companies that fish for fake reviews, as they did here on TrustPilot. Their glowing 5-star review here dated Aug 1 mentioning their quick restock and customer care response does not reflect the experiences of other real customers, so it's obviously fake.
3. I definitely do not support companies that a) treat their customers badly, b) fail to take accountability for their actions, and c) are potentially libelous. Kaima Cosmetics, sadly are all these.
hateful.
I can't trust somebody who is so nasty and hateful and can't even be honest or own up to it.

Awful company that bullies their customers and calls them names. The 'apology' from her dad is a load of rubbish. Avoid.

Horrible response from the owners “dad”…
Horrible response from the owners “dad” about how the owner Gemma decided to send hateful messages to someone for leaving a bad review. Ella deserves a public apology from the owner via video on social media. Ella at least deserves that!!!!
Without the apology I hope Gemma thinks of all these bad reviews when her company tanks..
