I bought products last year and had really forgotten about it but have now been prompted to write this review due to the brands recent actions. The two single eyeshadows I bought arrived. Ho... See more

Insanely unprofessional company
Insanely unprofessional company. Bullying is unacceptable in any form. Wouldn't buy from your company again if you were the last makeup company left on earth.
Gemma's a liar
Never support a brand who are disgusting to customers. It was you, Gemma. It wad you, you can never escape this now. Good luck, you're such a wonderful person.
Owner will call you a fatty
Owner will call you a fatty, plus the eye shadows are patchy
Bad Customer Service
BULLIES
Anyone who knows ANYTHING about customer service doesn’t bully their customers. Disgusting.
Rotten company
Rotten company. The owner violently (albeit verbally) attacks many women.
Kaima is abhorrent, repugnant, revolting, vile, and loathsome pick me company
To tell a woman supporting a small woman run business to quote verbatim " sort out your scabbie skin, fatty" is absolutely repugnant. The odious comments you got before cowardly putting your social media on private should have been more.
Instead of taking constructive, honest reviews and showing maturity by actually showing empathy and sympathy and trying to make things right, you acted like a petulant child. Bullying is distasteful and you should be held accountable for your words.
An empty and dismissive apology, trying to redact your cruel comments is honestly detestable.
Would not recommend this company
Would not recommend this company. The owner is a bully and can’t take constructive criticism and will probably abuse someone else for this 1 star review.
No accountability and turned their accounts private.
Well done for ruining your own company x
Calling people fatty and ugly and a…
Calling people fatty and ugly and a brand is horrible. She is also asking people who never bought the product to give fake good reviews and the company is white labelling. Not okay! I will never buy from this company again
If I could give them 0 stars I would
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Imagine body shaming and demeaning people who aren't even attacking your business, just making a point (a valid point at that). I'm honestly surprised in this day and age that business owners feel brave enough to do this kind of stuff and NOT expect any backlash. Don't buy from this business that doesn't even have the maturity to accept comments and criticisms of others.
Disgusting brand owners, buy elsewhere
Calling people “fatty” and telling them to “sort your scabby skin out” when they offer valid criticism and then thinking you won’t get caught because the influencer only had 1000 followers is abhorrent. Please never buy from this brand. There are many ethical, kind humans who have cosmetic lines. People like this need to be humbled.
I actually DID buy the products - here is my review
I didn't bother to review the product at the time but the recent incident has left me even more disappointed with Kaima Cosmetics and therefore I thought I'd leave my review of them now. I can provide proof of purchase.
I purchased their eyeshadow palette and it's very meh, especially for the price. I expected high quality - like the swatches showed. Whilst some shimmers DID perform well, and the black shade was good, the rest of them were no higher quality than basic drugstore. I also purchased some of their lipglosses - the glitter ones - and they look good when initially applied, but don't last very long. Again, for the price, I was expecting better quality.
The highlighter DID perform well and I enjoy using it, but I must agree with other comments I've seen saying they do have a lot of fallout and can be quite a dry formula.
My customer service experience was terrible. I had issues with the eyeshadow palette and customer service was very poor, to the point of rudeness, and completely ignoring my questions. Again, I can provide proof of this if required.
I never bothered to leave a review about my experience - however haven't purchased since. I wanted to leave this review today to backup the fact they have been rude for quite a while and it's not exactly a first. I don't believe an "employee" sent nasty messages to someone who left a valid comment. I also saw the Trust Pilot fishing post and disagreed with it!
The products I'd give 3 stars, the service I received 2 stars and overall view of this brand from my own experience and what I've seen this weekend - 1 star. I think that's fair.

This brand is owned by an incredibly rude and arrogant woman. All the products are white-labeled, repackaged Charmacy products except at a much higher price! Save your money.
You are disgraceful sending comments…
You are disgraceful sending comments like that out. Will be making sure everyone knows how vile your company is
Awful
Can’t believe the audacity the owner had saying such horrible things to another creator. Also one of their eyeshadow palettes gave me a horrible allergic reaction plus several of the eyeshadows were broken. I threw that shit away.
Body shaming
Trash, disgusting, disrespectful behavior. Rotten personality. Body shaming. And this human being has her own makeup brand. I will never buy anything from her. The owner should look in the mirror first because she is not a perfect looking "woman" either. 🤢💩
Guess the owners have been drinking…
Guess the owners have been drinking today after seeing the screenshots that are now circulating online.
What will they blame it on??
Been hacked? Or some kind of breakdown? Either way, this business is pretty much done for now, there is no recovering after insulting your customers appearance and petty name calling because you don’t like criticism.
RIP to whatever this company was called.
This brand begs for fake reviews
This brand begs for fake reviews. Then, when they got called out, they began to bully another brand, name calling, fat shaming, utterly unprofessional behavior. Not only that but I have heard/experienced that their products only look pretty- they're not great to actually use.
Don’t Waste Your Time
I bought an eyeshadow once a long while ago, it was pigmented but it had this dusty ashy quality that didn’t work well with my skin or anyone else’s I tried with it. I don’t really recommend their products unless you use eyeshadow pigment for something. Even then I wouldn’t buy from them because the owner is a really hateful, nasty person when others give them criticism. 👍
A disgusting lack of basic human decency
Terrible customer service and review fishing. Having their followers post reviews to a site that doesn't verify if you've purchased from them is in poor taste. To then follow up criticism of said review fishing with hateful comments about somebodies appearance, medical condition, and follower count is beyond disgusting. Perhaps in the future they should focus less on ones outward appearance and moreso on how one treats others. I wonder how looking for reviews on a non-verifying site is gonna pan out when people realize how horribly they treat their customers.
