The quality and design of our kitchen is beautiful.
It was the last room in our new home to be completed. The clean lines and solid construction are fantastic. If you are looking to replace your kitchen definitely take a look here, staff are friendly and with so many designs to choose from you will be spoilt for choice.

We are thrilled with our new Kettle Kitchen, it looks fabulous! The good use of space makes it look bigger and the design makes it practical as a working kitchen. We love the Corian worktops and upstands. Our grandchildren aged 9 and 5 were amazed and said ‘Wow’ when we showed them the pullout corner floor cupboards.
Everyone we dealt with at Kettle and HBH Woolcott was knowledgable, pleasant and helpful. Thanks especially to our designer Aimee, nothing was too much trouble as the original design evolved and changed. Helpful ideas and suggestions and prompt responses to any contact or queries. When any issues occurred, as they inevitably do, Aimeè said she would sort things and she kept her word.

We decided to use Kettle Co. Kitchens after visiting their lovely showroom above Wollacotts in Plymouth and on the strength of the reviews posted on line and I cannot tell you how grateful I am that we did.

Having had several quotes and designs, we had placed an order with Wren and then wandered into Kettle. We were so impressed with the obvious passion and eye for detail of the owner who was covering that branch that particular day we arranged for Amy to come measure and give us a quote. Her design was exactly what we had been looking for and incorporated all of our must have items with several excellent design ideas. and on top of that the price quoted was very close to Wrens. We were so impressed with the quality of the units and the design we cancelled our order with Wren who refunded our deposit with no problems and began our journey with Kettle.

Our kitchen is small and was being extended, add to that a sloping corner where stairs are and you can imagine how a tiny measuring mistake could cause a big problem...and it did. While there were issues with the wrong units being delivered these were dealt with quickly, efficiently and courteously. Then it was found that the unit ordered to fit under the slope of the stairwell wouldn't and we made a complaint.

This is why you get 5 stars despite everything that occurred. The owner himself called to the house, with some ideas to rectify the situation, he upgraded the light fittings we had chosen and as we have a stressed wood worktop added the window sill in and assured us that no expense would be spared and the kitchen would not be signed off until we were completely happy... and we so are. The unit in question had to be made bespoke to an angle and then Alex the patient, extremely skilled fitter expertly trimmed it to match the rest of the kitchen. Job finally done.

As long as this company remains in its current ownership I cannot rate it highly enough. Thank you to all the team at Kettle ..we love our kitchen.

Fantastic service from design to delivery! Any issues are resolved without question and the kitchen fits perfectly as per the design by Simon. I would highly recommend kettle kitchens to anyone regardless of the budget. We installed the trade range and the quality far exceeds anything I have seen from other suppliers. All the staff at kettle are approachable and our designer (Simon) even managed to save us money on our design by guiding us with his experience. Feels like a very personal service and we couldn’t be happier.

Creating our kitchen and a separate pantry has been a labour of love for all the team at Kettle. I can’t remember the number of consultations we had before we even started, to make sure we get it absolutely right; and while building the kitchen we’ve made additional decisions with them and the fitter to improve the design yet further. It’s been a really creative process and the end result is a bespoke, handmade, quality product for an incredibly reasonable price. Thank you so much!

really good experience Gavin Kate and Amy put together a stylish kitchen to our requirements of the finest quality.
The fitting went without a hitch and this went down to Colin with his

The team involved at Kettle Co, Simon, Dale, Frankie and James were exceptional, all passionate and proud of their work. Kettle has exceeded our expectations, working above and beyond whatever we could have imagined possible.

Simon (our salesman and designer) was incredibly patient, even when we kept changing our minds about the design, colour and products, nothing was too much trouble. Simon took the time and trouble to visit us at home, during an ongoing gruelling and stressful build of an orangery, he gave us confidence that not only did he care, that Kettle cared, about making sure our experience in having a new kitchen designed and installed would be a good experience and worthwhile investment. He was absolutely right! Kettle prepared an amazing bespoke kitchen design tailored to our needs and desire.

The team at Kettle are exceptional, they are a company who certainly go above and beyond. Gavin (our designer) put together a very bespoke design which totally fitted our taste and looks fantastic, Kate (product development) offered extensive advise about fixtures and fittings and now Dale (MD) is providing a great after service care and advice.

The kitchen quality is excellent, my only regret is that we didn’t get the kitchen fitters from Kettle to install our kitchen. However, despite having issues with our own fitters, Kettle are helping us rectify some of the issues we’ve had. Kettle could have easily walked away after delivering the kitchen, but they are not satisfied until they know their customers are 100% happy. I’ve already referred two friends to Kettle who so far are equally as happy. Nicky & Darren

The whole team at Kettle St. Austell were outstanding in their concept, design, supply and installation of our new quality kitchen and were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole project which ran so smoothly. Consequently, we are pleased to highly recommend them.

We have just had a new kitchen fitted by Kettle and were very impressed with all aspects of the work. Simon in the Plymouth office did a first class job of designing and planning the kitchen, taking on board everything on our “wish list” and making some excellent suggestions to ensure that the finished job truly met our brief. A special thank you must also go to Paul the fitter. He is a real professional, who worked hard to ensure that all the work done, not just by himself but by others, was carried out efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.

Overall, the project management was first rate. We were kept informed every step of the way, but had no worries since everyone and everything arrived when expected, ensuring the process was as stress free as it could be having regard to the difficulties involved in living in the property whilst the work was carried out.

To say we are pleased with our new kitchen is an understatement. It has certainly exceeded all our expectations and we would have no hesitation in recommending Kettle to anyone wanting an excellent quality kitchen at what we consider to be good value for money. Thank you to all involved.

We chose Kettle because of their vast range of choice and their ability to listen to what we wanted, enhance our ideas with better ones and then professionally design and plan. Unlike a smaller competitor who had less choice, inferior design tools and a reluctance to get back to us. The design experience was first rate and I am so glad I asked them to manage all the trades. The first two who stripped out our old kitchen and prepared for fitting were a great team. In hindsight there is only one thing I would want them to change if it was done again. They spent quite a time removing tiles from plaster board walls and then cut the plaster board out - it would take less time and cost to cut the boards out straight away. David Hinds , the installer, was a really experienced perfectionist who calmly dealt with issues as they arose. You have to be prepared that the whole process takes weeks but the end result has been fantastic. I would use Kettle again and recommend them.

Great design, great service. Phil the fitter was extremely helpful and efficient, and overall a kitchen I couldn't be more pleased with.

We have recently had a new kitchen installed by Kettles of St.Austell. The whole process was seamless from start to finish.
All the staff were very professional and helpful with good advice throughout. However, we must say a very special thank you to Chris the installer for his work, his professionalism and expertise.
We are delighted with the quality of the kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Kettles to anyone wanting a good quality kitchen at a fair price.
