Kettle Co Kitchens Reviews 

Our experience is the same as the other BAD reviews posted. Dale did a good initial design and the kitchen was delivered ok - luckily we had our own excellent installer. But then problems started to appear - the sink developed dozens of cracks which Kettle replaced - but it took a while.

Worse was that the laminate started blowing and peeling off four doors, two corner pillars and a plinth. The replacement process was a shambles - wrong colour doors delivered but no corner pillars - then the pillars arrived but no doors. Throughout this the staff were friendly and apologetic - but hopeless. Dale and his staff didn't respond to email and phone calls - and a constant change of personnel made it worse.

Lessons learned - don't buy laminate doors unless you are convinced of the quality. We have gone for painted units in our two other properties - looks better and can be repaired easily. And don't buy from Kettle Kitchens - their customer service is terrible.

So happy with the service we received from Kettle from the design process, right through to supply and aftercare. It was a much more personal experience than what would be provided in larger high street chains and I continue to recommend Kettle to everyone! I'd like to say look forward to working with you in the future but I think the kitchen is so good there wont be a need to replace it! :)

We have been using our new kitchen for a few months now. The design and layout works really well and suits the open plan area. Everything has been thought of by Dan at St Austell who helped us decide on colours, materials and layout. He was patient when we changed our minds and he spent a lot of time matching the colours of units, splash back and worktops for us. We chose electrical items from Woolacotts who share the same building as Kettle co. They gave us great service as well and kept Dan informed on what we had chosen. Their kitchen fitter Mark was thorough and did a professional job putting the kitchen in.

Absolutely outstanding service from the whole team at Kettle Co and especially Myya. They were the only true bespoke kitchen firm who not only delivered on design but most importantly value. The quality is exceptional and we are delighted with our beautiful kitchen. Myya listened to our requirements and designed a flawless result. To top it off she very kindly gave us a gift for our new born. Little gestures along with the highest standards of customer service simply mean that we will be using them again and will happily recommend them.

We had been designing & researching kitchens for over 6 months as our extension project was coming to a point whereby the kitchen needed ordering, we had quotes & designs carried out by numerous kitchen companies. With our budget now stretched we had decided on a company, however we needed to check out appliances. So on a visit to HBH Woolacotts in Plymouth we found Kettle Co Kitchens by chance. Initial thoughts on looking and speaking to Luke was this quote was going to be way above our budget, but we liked the fact he understood what we wanted straight away with a a particular oven bank design we had set our hearts on, which some others just could not make work (computer design said No!) We expected the quote to be way above our budget as the showroom shouted quality. We were very wrong, coming in very slightly higher than the quote we were going with, it was still within our budget. Why did we choice Kettle Co? the quality, the doors being pre-fitted made it so easy for fitting, the attention to detail with regards to what we wanted, Luke listened came up with solutions and answers to our bank of oven design, gave us the confidence that it would work, his advise and his customer service was brilliant, from the first meeting to the after fit visit. Yes, like any projects there were a few snags, not necessarily all down to Kettle, regardless of this Luke went out of his way, even on days off to get things sorted so the project wasn't delayed, and the results speak for themselves. See you in 2020, Kettle we have another small kitchen to design and buy. Thank you we have a beautiful amazing kitchen for Christmas, and we will be recommending Luke & the Kettle Co team to everyone. Happy New Year Kettle Co Plymouth

I looked everywhere but no one came close to kettle. The way Myya designed the kitchen taking the time with the details and the German Kuhlmann kitchens knocked spots off anything I had seen at all other kitchen companies. There is only kettle in the south west supplying these bespoke kitchens. Upon delivery there were a couple of minor issues (a delivery driver left one unit somewhere) but Dale moved heaven and earth to get us the kitchen we had agreed. The customer service is second to none, Dale is an honest genuine helpful bloke and I cannot thank him and kettle enough for their full support in helping us achieve the kitchen of our dreams.

We called into the Showroom at St Austell to have a look around and Got talking to Dale who went through what we could do and drew up a preliminary plan for the kitchen based on my measurements and the style of kitchen we wanted.Dale visited us that evening and between us we modified the plan based on some of Dales ideas.We decided to go ahead and order the kitchen the fitting was arranged to commence on Monday 4th November .We asked the kitchen fitters when they came to lay the new floor which we purchased separately the kitchen was then fitted over the next 3 days to a very high standard and the quality of the kitchen units is excellent.We had a family bereavement in the middle of the fitting and I have to say the fitters were exceptionally understanding with the situation. All in all really pleased with the Kitchen and the quality and workmanship would have no hesitation in recommending Kettle Co kitchens to anyone.

Dealt with Dale from the beginning. A great guy. We went in with a design that he priced up and he came and double checked my measurements. The kitchen arrived three weeks later as arranged and was fitted by our own Carpenter who said it was good quality. The kitchen has now been in use since October and I love it still looks amazing.

I love my kitchen from kettle co. Nothing was too much trouble for Tyler who was fantastic and kept me informed throughout the process and listened to everything I said, and gave really useful advice, and the fitters, Robin and David were tremendously professional and hard working, starting early and and finishing late, with great attention to detail. I would highly recommend them

I can’t begin to express how bad they are. The list is endless. It’s been 12 months since they came to fit my kitchen. I’ve had to chase them all the time to get anything done. After my larder door has been replaced 4 times I’m still having trouble with it. Alex has done his best but the problem is higher up. I was promised it would be done by xmas last year but still have problems. We are still waiting for gas and electric certificates which I am sick of asking for. We refused to pay the final bill which they agreed to when I threaten them with the ombudsman but I feel they owe us compensation for all the hassle they have caused. I will now have to get someone else in to adjust larder door so I can open draws. I am sick of hearing the word sorry. I’m no relation to previous review. But I sympathise with them.

Our kitchen was ordered and Kettle Co were very good during the sales process and up to the point that we paid our deposit. Thereafter it fell apart - the design agreed when ordered turned out to be not possible (nobody checked with the German manufacturer before taking the deposit).
The kitchen arrived (later than originally expected) but with no sink. After being assured the sink would be delivered within 48 hours, one week later we have now been advised the sink had not been ordered and will now be delivered 'later this week'. That remains to be seen. Meanwhile the worktop cannot be cut until the sink is delivered and fitted so we are now faced with at least two weeks more with no sink in the house. Kettle are good at getting the order but their after-sales service and installation management is awful.

I am very happy with my Kettle Kitchen, the service was excellent and the staff were very accommodating with my design wishes. It definitely looks and feels top quality! I will happily recommend Kettle Kitchens.

The whole experience has been brilliant. Our designer Paul talked us through what we wanted and designed our perfect kitchen for the space we had. We had our kitchen delivered to Bristol with no fuss or worry. Delivery was on time, polite and considerate delivery men. I would definitely recommend Kettle to everyone!

We are delighted with the completed kitchen. Service was excellent from the Kettle Team and the salesperson at HBH Woolacotts. The design ideas have made a real difference to the completed kitchen. Our builder who we employed separately commented on the high quality of the kitchen units supplied by Kettle. There were a few issues but these were resolved quickly and amicably.
