Kettle based in St Austell designed and fitted our beautiful kitchen. Dan came out just after the first lockdown in his safety gear to measure and discuss ( all at a safe distance). From going to see the initial plans, tweaking just a bit and deciding on dates it has been a very stress free experience. Everyone involved worked together to make things go smoothly from our builders liaising with the fitter and choosing our granite via photos from Everything Stone who supplied and fitted the beautiful granite worktops. All of this has been achieved during lockdowns and strict rules, but the completion date was almost to date and before Christmas as promised ( although we did have to wait for a couple of doors due to factory staff shortages) but this did no way spoil anything and we now have our beautiful dream kitchen. Thank you to all and yes would definitely recommend them.

We have just had our Kettle Kitchen fitted and all we can say is WOW! It’s even more amazing than we hoped for! Simon at the Plymouth branch listened to what we wanted and designed us a first class kitchen with some bespoke aspects. We have done this all through the Covid pandemic as well, with safety being put first, the Kettle team have been helpful and accommodating and listened to us as the customer all the way through. Our fitters( Mark Payne) attention to detail was superb and a 100% professional finish has been the outcome. We can’t thank you enough and highly recommend Kettle Kitchens.

New Kitchen.
We are very pleased with our new kitchen, we arranged an appointment with Kettle and Simon looked after us all the way through, after a few adjustments here and there we got the design that we wanted, the kitchen was delivered during 2020 with a slight delay only because of the covid , we used our own fitters to install the kitchen which went together very quickly, the quality of the units is excellent, a seperate company came in and templated the work tops one week and returned the next to fit, again this was all organised by Simon.
We would definitely buy from Kettle Kitchens again.

I found this to be a brilliant company, went to the Plymouth store and Joe Harrison designed my kitchen, I found him to be incredibly helpful and creative with his ideas. Joe has transformed my kitchen and now is a space I love. He kept in touch throughout the process ensuring everything was done to a high standard very grateful to him for all his hard work.

Called in the store in St Austell, arranged a design appointment, talked through what we wanted in our kitchen, from what we had to what we wanted. The designer came up with a design and we talked about finishes. We all agreed on what was required and when work would start. The finished kitchen is exactly what we want, the same as the design. Absolutely fantastic can highly recommended them.

We had our kitchen fitted by Kettle Kitchens seven and a half years ago and after completion we put in a review to say how delighted we were with way it was fitted by Kettle fitters and the end produce was just amazing. We recently spoke to Dale to enquire about door adjustments for the larder units and he said he would get someone round to adjust them.
We continue to be so pleased with our kitchen and although it is definitely a working kitchen, everything still looks brand new and every day we come into the room we are still blown away by how great it looks.

We have been extending and renovating our house for sometime. We chose Kettle kitchens as they were a local company and also they offered us the type of kitchen we wanted within our budget. We chose our kitchen over a year ago and they have worked with us on when was the best time to install the kitchen.
We were very impressed with Simon who designed the kitchen and came out to site to check all the measurements and his expertise in understanding what we wanted and translating this into a dream kitchen and utility. It was also helpful that he liaised with Woolacotts for all our appliances so dates for delivery were all the same.
Mark the fitter was excellent he liaised with our builder and electrician and Dan and Craig who work with Mark who have done the tiling connected up the taps and completed the finishing touches. This was because some of the parts had not arrived and had to be reordered. ( with everything going on with COVID it is not surprising there were a few hiccups)
Paul the managing director kept us informed during shut down and we appreciated that. The worktops were provided by Everything Stone (organised by Kettle) again excellent workmanship and product.

We would recommend Kettle kitchens.

We wanted to use a local company for our new kitchen and went with Kettle because they were able to give us everything we wanted within our budget. We were impressed by the Kuhlmann range and as we wanted a farmhouse-style kitchen but with practical flat cabinet doors we chose an oak effect finish which complemented the beams and style of our barn conversion. Quartz worktops from Everything Stone and a beautiful tiled floor from their recommended tilers (Cornish Tile) gave it a fantastic finish that we are really happy with.
We agreed the design with Simon and placed the order pre-lockdown, and then the project timings went back a couple of months. We were very glad that we decided to use Kettle's team for fitting, tiling, plumbing, electrics and building work and could not fault the fitter Mark for his attention to detail, quality of work and for including us in key decisions along the way. Must equally mention Dan (Building and plumbing) and Andy the electrician who played their parts with courtesy and cheerfulness despite the difficult conditions, and always observed the social distancing which was so helpful. Shout out also to Ky from HBH Woolacotts who was excellent in recommending appliances and steering us towards the special offers.
There were a couple of hiccups along the way, not being told the kitchen was arriving the week before fitting was a bit of a surprise but fortunately we managed to work around it and get it stored somewhere. The wrong doors and cupboard fronts were re-ordered and rectified without a quibble. We were also advised that the fitting would take a week, but they forgot to mention that we'd have to wait another two weeks before the worktops were in! This meant no sink or hob either and we had to hastily rearrange some visitors until it was all done - not a major inconvenience but it would have been better to have known this up front.
All in all, though, we are delighted with our new kitchen and would most definitely recommend Kettle to anyone wanting quality and style at a reasonable price.

What is it about buying a kitchen in the UK, I have NEVER heard from anyone who did not have never-ending stressful issues from start to finish. Well, Kettle sure know how to do it and we are over the moon with the service and fit from start to finish. From first contact in store with Simon and then all the final touches with Alex and Luke made the whole process a pleasure and fun. We have recommended them to many others who in turn have found them as good as it gets. No hard sell, they keep tho their word and follow through, just as I do in the travel industry. Great kitchen, great service. Offered the best quality kitchens I could find and you get a 25 year guarantee. Appliances from Hbh woolacotts also very good.

We are very pleased with the actual quality of the kitchen. We chose a design and style that is older age friendly, but modern looking.

We chose deep drawers instead of low cupboards, easy clean surfaces, easy wipe toughened glass instead of tiles, a pull out larder, an American style fridge/freezer, an eye level cooker and microwave, this means we do not have to stoop down, which can get difficult as one ages. We also have a hidden recycling system below the sink and an induction style hob which reduces the risk of burns or accidents. The work surface we chose was good quality laminate rather than the granite advised, this was because we wanted to avoid the yearly treatment which should be applied to granite work surfaces. Our floor is a non-slip type rather than the oak flooring which was advised by Kettle.

The kitchen is small so we had shiny white units as this makes the room appear larger, even with all the appliances in, including a very large fridge freezer it does not appear crowded.

When the kitchen was fitted, the fitter Simon, was excellent, we had our own electrician and plumber and Simon worked well in unison with the electrician when fitting the appliances.

We already had firm ideas of our own as to the needs for a safe and practical kitchen, Charlie, the manager of Kettle Kitchens listened to these and made suggestions but accepted that we knew what we wanted.

There were a few problems with communications at times and some small misunderstandings but overall we were happy that we chose Kettle Kitchens. We were especially pleased that we could easily visit Woolacotts shop downstairs to choose all our appliances and the two companies could easily liaise with each other regarding sizes and delivery and fitting.

Purchasing the kitchen through Kettle Kitchens wasn't the cheapest option, but the quality appears superior, it is guaranteed, seems well made although only the test of time can fully prove this, it also looks high-class.

Finishing the kitchen totally was delayed due to Covid 19 but it is now completed and we are very happy with it.

Things have definitely seemed against us having a new kitchen but now it is finished I couldn't be more pleased.
Our designer had helped us so much but right at the end just before we were given a fitting date he moved on but Charlie picked up our order and did his best even though we had gone into lockdown due to the virus. He did his best to get our kitchen but the vans were turned back. In the end they went to Devon to collect the units and I think it was one of the directors delivered our units and then Dave turned up to do the fitting. What a wonderful job he has done, our house is 200 years old and not a straight line in the place with an exposed stone wall at one end. You should see what a wonderful job Dave did of cutting in everywhere.
We had some good advice from Charlie about waiting before I bought extra internal fittings, just see what you think once you have moved everything in I was told and what good advice. I am just going to look at the link and see if there if anything that I think will be of interest for internal fittings.
My family and friends think the kitchen looks wonderful and I look forward to them seeing it in person and not just photographs.
Charlie also gave us the name of somebody they used for the floor tiles and they have been really good and efficient in these terrible lockdown times. So nice that it was a local company at Bugle, Rockhill flooring.
Thank you to all the staff at Kettle Kitchens and Woolacotts for all the good service and help that we received. I would recommend both companies.

After visiting various other kitchen showrooms I decide to go to Kettle. I met Simon the kitchen designer who was very helpful and gave advice about colour and design options. Once I had chosen the kitchen the fitter came to have a look prior to installation.
Nothing can really prepare you for the upheaval of your old kitchen being ripped out, the mess is awful but you have to try and visualise the end result. Mark the fitter was friendly, reliable and trustworthy leaving us to get on with our day knowing he was in the house alone. Some cupboards arrived damaged but Simon quickly arranged for replacements and even delivered them himself. The kitchen is amazing and good quality and we are thrilled. I was originally going for a safe colour of cream but I was really happy with the grey and white together as Simon recommended it as said it worked. It looks modern and fresh and I have had some lovely compliments, so thanks Kettle.
