I ordered items and their courier lost them twice. Although Kickers were amazing at handling it, I ended up not getting my original order. Something needs to be done with your choice in courier.

Awful service. Returned my purchase. Gave Royal Mail tracking evidence of them receiving the return. They deny receiving the return and refuse refund.
Edit - refund still refused even with tracking evidence proving Kickers have received my return. I strongly advise you avoid this company. I am out of pocket and they have my goods! This is tantamount to theft

Excellent service. Fast delivery of multiple styles and sizes as my daughter can be picky. We chose the “alternative “ leather option and returned the rest. Easy and quick, which is critical for an expensive order. Definitely recommend and will not hesitate to order more in the future myself.

I bought a pair of leather school shoes £60, (then got a then got a discount for it being my first purchase ) After a few months they had fallen apart. Both shoes had big holes in the soles and the front was coming unstitched. It took weeks of me chasing them, I received repeated emails from them asking the same questions before they finally sent me a returns label. I returned them on the last day of school before half term and heard nothing for a week, I chased them again just before school started again. They asked me for my certificate of postage. I’d been asking them if they were going to send a replacement or a refund, no answer. My daughter was now without school shoes. Upon the receipt of my certificate of postage they didn’t send me a replacement, they started the process of a refund. I then had to buy the shoes at a more expensive price and wait for them to be delivered .
They could see the faults from the photos. They clearly didn’t even check them before issuing the refund. So not only has it cost me more, it’s taken me weeks to get a refund and my daughter’s been without shoes. A little more common sense and foresight from Kickers customer services would’ve changed the whole experience.
