I ordered items and their courier lost them twice. Although Kickers were amazing at handling it, I ended up not getting my original order. Something needs to be done with your choice in courier.

Had my shoes for three months. Within the first week the laces broke. The shoes are now falling apart. I’m a receptionist so sit most of the day, barely any marks on the tread, but the sole of the shoe is falling off. I remember when kickers use to be a great brand, quality now is awful.

Easy online purchase, ordered on Sunday received order on Tuesday (Standard delivery) this is my second purchase for boys school shoes from kickers, they’ve lasted longer than Clark’s school shoes.

A banner on their page advertises 15% off for key workers. Another offers 20% off for those who "sign up". To what? A mailing list? A customer account? Organ donation? I qualify as a key worker and as such I have a Blue Light Card, but as 20% off beats 15% off, I decided to go that route. "signing up", I placed my order, then paused when I saw that no such discount had been applied. The item was in the sale, but I saw nothing suggesting that this invalidated the discount. Perhaps key workers and site members are known for only buying full-price items? Secondly, my choice was Adult Men Kester Hi Leather Black, in UK 10. But then I noticed that Kickers mention the design as being part of their "back to school line-up", and inviting me to "step into a new term". I double-checked, and found that they were definitely under the 'adult' tab and not 'kids'. I left school decades ago, so the whole experience was iffy enough to put me off completing my purchase. Thanks, but no thanks.

I had a couple of pairs in the 80’s ,loved them and wore them all the time. The pair I got recently look just the same. They’re as comfortable as my previous ones and I LOVE them. I think I might need another pair. Thank you for continuing to make these wonderful shoes. Don’t ever stop.

My first order of several pairs were returned as they were too large. I experienced zero issues sorting out the return and i was reimbursed in a timely manner again with no issues. I have since ordered a selection of high tops and i am very pleased with them. Worth the effort

After I returned my shoes within the first 2 days after the delivery because the shoes were too small, I still haven’t got my money back in last 3 weeks despite the fact Kickers sent me an email acknowledging they received the parcel. I will not purchase anything from this business again.

Ordered one pair. The zip was broken. Did not quibble. Arranged a pre paid return for me and within a few days I got a replacement pair. Absolutely brilliant service and the shoes are well worth the money. Very happy
