Bunch of liars
Bunch of liars, sold me a car saying the air con was working but it wasn't. Said they would fix it and made excuses for months as to why they couldn't. Looks like they've now gone put of business. God riddance but doesn't solve my air con problem!!!!
No surprise they have been shut down…
No surprise they have been shut down due to the terrible service, illegal financial consumer activities that were taking place and breaches of trading standards. We were one of the lucky ones who knew our rights and got our money back but others not so lucky.

Be very aware that Kiteley motors did sell on a car that they knew had an established engine oil consumption problem — I just followed this through on briskoda web site - ( ref herts 72 ) and was very surprised what the previous owners were put through ,as this vehicle was fobbed off on me !! (only just found complete saga about all of this on line)
Selling a dangerous car!
Not happy with my experience here, they sold me a car with tons of issues with it without my knowledge, on telling them about this they took forever to answer emails and said they’ll get it repaired and haven’t been responding to emails efficiently, leaving me with a dangerous car is unacceptable!
Not so happy
Not so happy, been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my deposit back now £500, all I have been told is waiting on the accountant or owner to sort this out. Not sure what there is to sort out apart from put it back in my account. Not going to slate them down as I don't really know them as a company but I hope this sorted soon
Highly recommended!
I'm in my 50's and bought and sold many cars. This transaction was without a doubt one of the easiest and enjoyable. The car is without a doubt genuine as advertised (if anything better than expected). I was given the keys and time to freely survey the car alone with no hard sell. I took the car for a test drive alone which was also not followed by any 'hard sell'. Highly recommended, friendly and trustworthy service.
Don’t make the same mistake as I did…
Don’t make the same mistake as I did ignoring the negative reviews about this place.
The main guy Garry, who calls himself “John”stopped all communication with me after I paid the £500 deposit.
Never kept me updated on the car and didn’t even bother letting me know the day before the pick up that the car is still in the garage.
I saw the MOT report online on the Mazda MX5 and all 4 brakes need replacing. Doubt he would’ve mentioned that had I went along with the car.
He won’t refund half of my deposit even though he didn’t deliver on his promise. The guy just doesn’t care.

A really poor experience
A really poor experience with this place, can not recommend at all.
I came to look at a Mazda on 18/06/2022 and put a £500 deposit down the same day. The car needed an MOT which would be done before I purchased and was told it would take a few days.
These days passed with no communication and so I rang on 22/06/2022 and asked for an update. I was told they would check with the garage and let me know.
A few days passed again with no update and so I rang again on 24/06/2022 to be told I would get a call back in the next 10 minutes. I didn’t receive a call back for the next 3 hours and so I rang again. This time I was told that the garage were waiting for parts, and that the car had failed it’s MOT which was the first I had heard of this. I was told it was a brake calliper and was promised it would be ready the following weekend. Which although frustrating I was willing to wait another week.
I remained patient and left it for the week. I didn’t have any calls or communication from them in this week and called on Friday (the day before I was due to collect) just to double check I was still fine to collect. I was told they needed to check with the garage again and was promised a call back. Again, I received no call back and had to call again hours later to be told it was still delayed to lack of parts for a sensor, not a brake calliper.
They then mentioned potentially taking a part from another used Mazda they were getting in to put into my car, which really made me feel uneasy.
At this point I was unhappy to wait and now wanted a refund of my deposit - which I considered was the least I deserved due to the delays and zero communication. This again took weeks of calls and emails (which never got replied to).
I completely understand delays on parts is something they cannot control, which is why I waited and did not complain. But I did not receive any updates throughout, was given empty promises and was forced to call and chase.
The only reason I’m giving them 2 stars is because I eventually got my deposit back after weeks of chasing this too. There was zero effort from their side to get this back to me, if this was not chased I’d have never of got it back.
Please note that I never received a call back from this place, despite being promised multiple times. Considering I dealt with them for over a month I find that incredibly poor customer service. I also didn’t get an apology for not only the wait on the car but also the wait for a refund. A simple sorry would have gone a long way.
Red Bmw brakes
Bought a Bmw travelled over 3 hours to collect. Double checked to see if car was okay to pick up . He said yes all fine. Checked details of car on the mot to see if there were any issues. Advisory on brakes . This advisory was January. We bought it in May .So plenty of time to replace. So we pick the car up from Gary But as soon as we got half way symbol pops up brakes need replacing. We ring he says oh bring car back . We said no due to being over 3 hours . We then said send pads down ,we will pay for them to be fixed. Waited over a week. He never sent . So it's got to the point where the brakes are squeaking even more. So he then says go get a quote, he will then pay. We end up paying after he said he would transfer the money. He then doesn't answer our phone calls. Now the rear brakes need replacing & he says I'm in charge of the joint and I'm not paying . Fantastic service after buying a £18,995 car . Knowing we have kids . Never ever would I sell a car Knowing the brakes all need replacing.
Good quality of service.
I bought a Ford B-Max from John. A quick deal and easy going transaction. He helped me to handle the documents and clean the car before delivery. He also helped me to update the MOT before I take the car so I can enjoy the full year driving time. Recommended.

Most pleasant car buying experience for…
Most pleasant car buying experience for many a year. The knowledgeable sales staff were very helpful and efficient throughout. Would highly recommend them!
Think twice or you'll pay the price!
EDIT2: I was told by yourselves to take the car to Land Rover for diagnosis when the fault reappeared, which I did and paid for nearly 4 weeks ago. Not sure what else I could've done? I've had 0 communication from yourselves (apart from now) which is why I was pushed to write a negative review. Do the right thing and let's sort this out, you've got my contact details!
EDIT: Finally a response! The car's had 2 faults in less than 6 months from purchase and the car is less than 10 years old. I don't think 3 emails over 4 weeks (last one sent on 20th November) can be called "bombarding" when they've been part of a conversation. I can confidently say I've not been rude towards anyone and most correspondence has been via email, so where you got the impression that I've been talking over you, I don't know. You're saying this issue was "minor" and would've been resolved within hours; why was I left without a car for 3 weeks in the first place and if it was so easy to fix, why is the car broken again because of the same fault? I don't think you're doing the company any justice by slagging off not just me, but others who've had to write a negative review to get your attention, or by quite clearly saying you're selling cars that are "old, high milage and have well known faults - deal with it!". For you who reads this review; this is what it's REALLY like to deal with Kietely Motors once they have your money!
Do not buy from Kiteley Motors. Do your research and read the reviews written by others who've had issues with their cars, not just the ones about "how quick and easy" it was to buy. I bought a car from them costing me nearly £14,000 and within 2 months the car developed a gearbox fault. Kiteley asked me to drop the car off as soon as possible which I did, thinking they're going to sort it. That's when the nightmare started. They had my car for 3 weeks without me knowing where it was or why it was taking so long to fix it. I didn't have a single call back from Kiteley and only got bits and pieces of information from the garages (yes GARAGES) it had been taken to when I phoned around to ask who's got my car. I eventually got the car back and 2 months later the same issue appeared, this time around Kiteley didn't want to know anything about it. I'm stuck with a car I can't use and Kiteley's pocketed my £14,000. They've lost the ability to reply to emails and pick up a phone. I can't even begin to express how dissatisfied I am with how they've dealt with this issue by completely ignoring it and it won't surprise me if someone miraculously finds the ability to reply to this review because it's out for everyone to read. Think twice or you'll pay the price!

I recently bought a BMW from John
I recently bought a BMW from John, who is an extremely kind guy who helped me out tremendously. The automobiles are in excellent condition and are reasonably priced.
The entire process was incredibly seamless, quick, and simple.
I would strongly suggest John and his vehicles to anyone!

I recently acquired a Yamaha YZFR-125 from Kiteley Motors, and the individual I worked with, Chris, was really helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with any of my questions and demands.
I would strongly advise utilizing KM; they are an excellent dealership with fantastic people.

I have to admit that getting a modern family vehicle was not something I was looking forward to, but John at Kiteley Motors made the entire process a breeze. There was no pressure, everything was handled professionally, and the service was outstanding. I bought a wonderful car and traded in our old one for it. thank you.
From beginning to end
From beginning to end, it was a fantastic experience. The van was in perfect condition, exactly as promised. While I was there, I had a short survey around the vehicle forecourt, and every car on it appeared to be in good working order. I'd buy another van or automobile from them in a heartbeat. Because I had a busy day, the owner came in an hour early on a Saturday for me. Customer service is excellent.
I bought a used BMW from Kiteley Motors…
I bought a used BMW from Kiteley Motors and had no difficulties with the car, but I did have a problem with the sale. Due to COVID, this took some time to address, but I am happy to report that Garry kept his word and fixed the issue.
Thank you very much.
