Car was an absolute state when we picked it up. Mouldy roof lining. Stunk of foist. Not valeted especially concerning due to covid. Sold our car we were part-exing, before we had even arrived. Drove the car home and found more faults. Rust, mould, alternator needing done, rips in leather everywhere, buttons missing, brakes very unresponsive despite telling the guy I was putting my three young children in it. The guy admitted he hadn’t even looked the car over before selling it to us and apologised. Returned the car and ended up without a car for weeks while waiting for finances to be cancelled and paid off. Spent £500 to be without a car. Writing this review to make people more wary about buying a car long distance as this was an absolute nightmare for me. Check everything twice and don't just blindly trust people to mention problems with cars like we did. We stupidly didn’t even test drive it. Also google the company on company’s house, and their other garage linked to them. Been taken to court etc. A little bit of digging made me so glad we got off lightly with this place.

Purchased a car 3 months ago, had a problem with it and they refused to repair it even though it was STILL under warranty. No customer care or morals, wouldn't even give it 1 star.
DO NOT TRUST OR BUY A CAR FROM THIS GARAGE AT ANY COST PLEASE

This company sold me a car and when I received it wasn’t as advertised. I returned the car on the 20/10/21. But I am still fighting for my refund. Which is £10850. Do not trust them or don’t buy their car if you have not physically seen them.

All round awful experience!! All I can say is appalling customer service and rude unprofessional behaviour.
Had to cancel a mini purchase as kiteley motors continued to provide excuses to why the car could not be delivered after agreeing to purchase the car 3 weeks earlier. They have not refunded the car finance!
My finance company are still chasing to cancel the finances but kiteley motors refuse to reply back.
Terrible car garage, avoid!!

Terrible customer service!! If you have any problems with the car they just ignore all emails and forget you exist once they have your money! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Awful Customer Service. Ive had problem with the car ever since I got it, was in and out of the the the garage they advise it goes to under warranty and problem never fixed. Was told they would look at car, so I arranged to get to the their garage and post the keys as I have a job and am now having to use public transport as I have no car. posted the keys through dealership letterbox and wake up to an email saying that they do no know why we dropped the car the car there and they were moving it to a public car park and we would incur the costs. After speaking to the garage that did the "repairs" we were informed that on the last time it was in the garage when we were made to believe they replaced another fuel injector that Kiteley instructed them to just use a fuel injector cleaner (even though they had the car 3 days), so hardly surprising that the problem continued to persist.

I believe that the problem was never resolved under warranty therefore the continued work that is now needed should still be covered. however now my emails are going unanswered.

Really easy process, love my new car! It was in such good condition. Staff were very friendly and helpful and didn’t feel like they were trying to sell the cars for a ridiculous price like many other places. Only downside was the service book wasn’t stamped after it had been done, but not a major problem. Definitely recommend.

Purchased a Smart car for my wife drove it back to Falmouth without a hitch
Had a problem with the Radio/GPS head unit before I left told to go to the local Mercedes dealer to get it fixed and send the bill to Kiteley
I found the Dealership to be very professional and friendly

I'm having to leave a separate review because Kitely really are one to watch out for. After leaving an honest review of the troubles I had with the car they sold me, they commented on it offering a £50 refund, to which I replied I would accept, but it's now been a week, I've emailed them twice and I've received no reply and no refund. Definitely do not use this car company, they seem to be all talk.
