My Father-in-law wanted to buy a Mini for our Daughter's 21st Birthday. He found one at Kiteley Motors. Gary was very helpful indeed and the price agreed. On the way home a warning light came on and on speaking to Gary the Mini was booked in to a garage by Gary and the car was fitted with new brakes and discs. Great service Gary.

The first car sales premises I’ve visited for many years. Had previously called to confirm car was still for sale and upon attendance was greeted by Sam, who handed me the keys and told to take as long as I need to have a good look over it. No pressure or salesman hovering whilst I was looking. Discussed with Sam a few points I would like done before purchase which were cheerfully and happily agreed to. Bought car. Very pleased with whole transaction and would buy from them again and would recommend. Nice people to do business with.

Forget what you think you know about car dealers, the staff at Keitley Motors gave us fantastic, honest, fair and generous service, we brought a 1st car for my daughter, we got a great car at a good price, fully serviced, mot’d and valeted, with a warranty, and we got a fair price for an old banger as a trade in. Took time to get to know me and what I wanted.
Sam was fantastic, he took time to understand me and get to know me and what I wanted. I just wanted to buy and not have any drama. I'd been let down by a local dealer and they had a similar car in stock, same sort of miles etc but it was a few hundred more. They wouldn't budge on the price but made for it by actually delivering what they said they would. Thanks, would buy again (BMW 320D M-Sport Touring)

AWFUL SERVICE - I would not recommend this company. I bought a car which i found had an oil leak within 2 days, returned to get it fixed, took 3 weeks to be returned with more and worse leaks and warning lights.

Asked for a refund under Consumer Rights Act 2015, they said no as 'its not faulty, only an oil leak'. They also said in an email regarding the issues, 'thats life get it sorted, move on'.

They are really nice when they want to make a sale, but as soon as theres a problem, the turn unprofessional and rude. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

From the moment I arrived on the Kiteley motors site I was made to feel like a valued customer by Sam. even though I had a relatively small budget for a car. The Citroen Berlingo was a very good price and has proved to be extemely reliable in the short time I have owned it. The one small technical issue of window washer fault was rectified quickly and with a happy interaction all the way through. I personally can say I would be very happy to go there again for my next car.
