i put one because I cannot put zero star....Do not deal with Kleenheat!!!!

bad customer service, rude attitude shown by the customer service officer for just enquiring on invoices. Invoice rarely received but they still charge for interest.

They never able to waive interest because they always argue that it is our fault.

I'm very happy with my Kleenheat service, although I was a bit unsure with the introductory deal that saw $100 taken as a Direct Debit from my bank account until the next reading!
Fortunately four months later, I'm still in Credit. The system works - you just have to be patient and believe the initial consultation if you want to make greater savings.

Easy to deal with, quick delivery and ver reliable.

The best thing about Kleenheat is the great discounts don’t disappear after 12 months - they continue. Same gas, Best price!

Great company - very easy to transfer over and now no big bills just regular payment each month with discounts. What more could you as for. I have saving ever since transferring.

Top customer service is a priority for Kleenheat, as demonstrated on every dealing I have had with them to date. can't fault the service.

Recently changed to Kleenheat and no issues so far. Will wait to see first bill and if the savings are up to what was advertised.

Hard to review or rate a company you barely have contact with. Not that it is a bad thing in every bodies eyes
Bills come via email, Payments are made by direct debit,
Really as a customer you have no contact with the company.
Some people may like this and some people will feel that with no connection to this company their mind set will be, "No need to have loyalty to a company" you do not see. Unless you take notice of an advert....

Food for thought

I have only been connected for a few months however so far no issues.

The only WA owned gas provider AND their 25% discount (28% with RAC membership) is valid indefinitely - compared to AGL and Origin's discounts that are only for the first 12 months of your connection.

I havent had any issues and when I have had questions, they are answered and dealt with quickly.

Great company and great to see other players in Western Australia so there is no longer a monopoly - I love the monthly direct debit average over a year, great initiative bills not forgotten and no spikes in accounts.

Pricing is good a and the customer service has always been great.

I have now been with them for over 2 yrs , never had any reason to question the account or easy payment opportunities. the have been very nicely been able to support local sport etc in the wa area which i like not instrusive in any way.

Easier to manage finances with a regular monthly commitment rather than a bill every couple of months. All good.

Kleenheat offers fast friendly service. They have some awesome incentives as well. When I first signed up with them, I took the $50 towards your next bill offer and got my first bill free of cost. They also eun some really awesome competitions as well.
And I find their pricing to be very competitive, which in this day and age is a really good thing.
