The sign up process is very easy and straight forward over the phone which is the option I chose but I have heard from others that I recommended Kleenheat to, that the online sign up is just as easy. The invoicing for your periodical payment is informative and easy to monitor. Although AGL is offering a larger % saving, I have had no issue at all with my gas supply which is further inspiration for recommending Kleenheat to others.

Options
What a lot of ppl want is the OPTION to have paper bills, and direct payments. So i used to get debits taken out each month, but no notifications until three months later.
Accounts took to long to clarify this for me, and were not helpful at all.

Hi, under the Monthly Smart Saver plan, you pay monthly instalments rather than quarterly bills. So you pay smaller amounts more frequently, helping avoid bill shock in winter. You will still receive a bill to show how your instalments are tracking compared to your actual gas costs. We recalculate your instalments every three months when your meter is read, and any changes to the instalment amount will be shown on your bill.

I have been very happy with the change, love the fact that my bill is paid direct debit and always seems to be a great price. Waiting to notify kleenheat that I am now an RAC member as am told that will also give me a discount on my gas....yay

Signing up with Kleenheat was easy. We had no issues. The $50 credit sign up bonus and 25% off gas charges were a great incentive and now I save even more due to their partnership with RAC (I’m a member). Not to mention it’s nice accumulating flybuys points from my gas bill!
Only thing I would change is making it easier to anticipate when we didn’t need to pay the 3rd and 4th bills (because of our credit). I think this was a result of not having had actual usage readings yet.
Overall, very happy with Kleenheat.

Simple and Efficient!
Extremely easy sign up process and competitive rates.
Since connecting wiht Kleenheat I have not experienced any issues with my services.
The only area I would seek to improve is understanding the billing system as they appear to bill on usage averages. Just a little unclear on this overall process.

We're glad to have your support Oz! Using the Perth average means it’s possible your initial monthly instalments may be a little higher or lower than you’re used to paying. But don’t stress, we keep adjusting your account and upcoming instalments based on the amount of gas you actually use.
If at any time you think your monthly instalments might be a little high or low for your household, please give us a call on 13 21 80 so we can discuss natural usage in your home.
Kleenheat gives affordable gas
Kleenheat has helped me by giving discounted gas so that I can afford to keep myself warm in winter and have hot water cheaper.

Good company with discount gas prices
I would give 5 stars if I can pay by direct debit, not monthly estimate. Otherwise good service, I would recommend the company.
