Good company
Good company, not convinced they are giving me a better deal than that being offered by the competition. Since joining kleenheat other providers have matched their discounts so i question if the offered discount is really that good.
I also am not supportive of their advertising. The repetition of the destruction of the non-supportive character is no longer amusing it is bullying.

Our commercials aim to show in a humorous manner that switching to Kleenheat for supply of natural gas is uncomplicated and offers ongoing savings. We use absurd, inexplicable and memorable scenarios to get Rodney out of the picture so Karen can offer hassle-free savings alternatives. As such, there is no menace in the advertisement. We also want our audience to warm to Rodney, but in a different way, finding him amusing if a little irritating, rather than vilify or discriminate against him. We always welcome honest feedback though as a way to continually improve our service. Kleenheat WESTERN AUSTRALIAN OWNED.
Kleenheat have been around since before ALINTA, and was the only gas available when gas stoves first became available in Western Australia, long before natural gas & their appliances became available or compatible.
My opinion is they served us when living in rural areas, before natural became also available. I switched because never having any problems with either company. KLEENHEAT IS A WESTERN AUSTRALIAN COMPANY.

My only concern is that Kleenheat over estimate my winter usage and therefore increase my monthly credit card debits resulting.At the beginning of this summer I had a Kleenheat credit of over $500 as a result..
Otherwise I am extremely happy I changed over to Kleenheat natural gas over 4 years ago. I will not be changing to any other provider.!

I experienced issues with billing initially - but was contacted by service and had my issue resolved quickly. It was great to be listened to and to be able to give feedback. I have been happy with the service ever since.
