I changed from the only other gas company that was here in WA who are now owned offshore and I am very happy with Kleenheat the number one deal breaker for me was not discounts etc, but that they are the only Western Australian gas supplier in WA and for me that keeps my money here and I am happy.

Gas living easy!!
Makes my life easy by sharing the cost of my gas bill throughout the year rather than at every quarter. Also give plenty of warning as to how much they will charge.

I recently did an online survey!
I recently did an online survey for kleenheat. I wasn't too complimentary with my answers, but as a result of my survey, kleenheat rang me to see what they could do to alleviate some of my critcisms. I informed them that LPG users were not being "looked after" as the "town gas" people were. They accepted this and as a result I now get a better discount when ordering my 45kg refills.

The Finance teams need to view customers as partners.. not as a revenue source. If you're going to make changes ... consult... A simple phone call .. hey we've found this and this needs to happen.. don't just forge ahead and leave the customer scratching their head as to what is going on.

I have no reservations In recommending Kleenheat to anyone. Their service has been great and they are very easy to deal with. Furthermore, they are West Australians, so you know the money stays here for our gas. The newest marketing program with RAC, another WA Company makes gas even cheaper. Plus, Kleenheat are always in touch with their clients, keeping us up to date. Great supplier!
