Getting books is awful
The reader itself is fine, but getting books onto Kobo is an awful experience. If I search for a very specific title I get pages and pages of everything but the title. Search is worse than useless. I may sell my new Kobo and go back to my iPad.

A great product and great digital experince.
Easy ordering and check out process. I moved from Kindle to Kobo after reading a lot of reviews on Reddit and watching videos on Youtube. I was not happy about Kindle locking things down. To be honest, I'm really happy with the Kobo. I use Calibre-Web-Automated and host my own library and sync system and it's great for the homelabber who wants digital freedom.
