I have made several purchases from Hirbawi Kufiya. Some Kufiyas for me, my family and some friends. Also several olive wood prayer beads, which are very beautiful objects. The purchase experience was very pleasant due to the treatment received, the reliability of the shipment and the quality of the products. I, for my personal use, have stayed with a classic black and white and an inverted one. I use the inverted one practically daily.
In one of the shipments there was an error in the number of my street and Correos de España could not deliver it to me and they returned it. Irbawi Kufiya solved it for me and without any problem they sent it back to me. It has been a pleasure to make these purchases for you, and I am also aware of helping in the face of the difficulties of living and working in an occupied country.

Yo, para mi uso personal, me he quedado con una clásica en blanco y negro y una invertida. Esta invertida la uso prácticamente a diario.
En uno de los envíos hubo un error en el número de mi calle y Correos de España no pudo entregármelo y lo devolvieron; Irbawi Kufiya me lo resolvió y sin ningún problema me lo enviaron de nuevo.
Ha sido un placer hacerles estas compras, además tengo conciencia de ayudar ante las dificultades que tiene el vivir y trabajar en un país ocupado.

I desperately wanted to support this company. I bought one kufiya and it was great. The next I bought felt synthetic (despite the 85% cotton label on the website.) I work in the textile industry so am very familiar with fibre contents and tests.
I did a burn test, and the six fibres I pulled from different parts were 100% synthetic. I contacted the company who told me I was wrong, despite me providing photographs of the burnt black plastic fibres.
Despite reservations, I bought again, and the next kufiya was again clearly 100% synthetic - to the point where it reflected light like plastic, water ran off it, and again the burn test indicated 100% polyester. This time when I contacted them, they did refund the kufiya (not the shipping.)
I also left a review and photos on their website, which they deleted.
All I asked is that they label their products correctly, so that people who wanted natural fibres could get those, and people who prefer polyester can get that.
I can't recommend the company, but do recommend the cause.

Hirbawi is a genuine Palestinian company that provides high quality handmade and hand loomed goods that are one of a kind. Their customer service and communication is excellent. I support them frequently and would highly recommend them to anyone especially those who are seeking to give a one-of-a-kind gift.

The only place I buy authentic Kufiyas from in Hebron. I’m a repeat customer and have been lucky enough to collect many different colours over the years. I recently gifted the inverted black and white Kufiya to my mum for Mother’s Day. The quality is always excellent, and delivery has consistently been reliable. Highly recommended.

Absolutely beautiful embroidery from Palestine, as well as proper Palestinian scarves, not cheap Chinese knock-offs.
