George & Ally picked up some of our boxes and garden rubbish after moving house. They arrived on time, were really friendly & professional and super quick. Having been let down before by other firms, I’d not look elsewhere again!

Excellent service, highly professional, friendly and efficient

I called Earl at 7am to request a same day clearance that afternoon - very little notice was given.

Jorge and Silva arrived later that afternoon and gave it their all. It was not an easy task, having to carry approximately 200 rubbish bags or so from a second floor flat with no lift. But they did not complain, were extremely helpful and polite, and we were very impressed and satisfied with the overall job.

The office team was very responsive to answering my questions and giving me an estimated cost. They were also available to come straightaway.
Three efficient people came on the day and did the clearance very quickly. They explained how the rubbish is recycled (which was an important consideration for me in choosing a removal company). They left the place clean and tidy.
I undoubtedly recommend using Kwik Sweep services, and I will use them again when needed in the future.
The only thing is that I did not know they would not take old paint pots. But they explained the different options on how to dispose of them.

Excellent service for removing fridge. Earl responded very quickly to my request and managed to dismantle and remove a large American fridge from a tight spot the next day. It was in the flat of my elderly mother and the people who came were very nice and kind to her and put all her worries at ease. Very much recommend them!

Earl and his team were spot on. Tenants had left a rubbish bin a health hazard with revolting fluid in the bottom and loads of flies... Hammersmith Council not interested that the bin men were refusing to empty (or help with what should be free hazardous waste removal as cited by City of London...). I called Kwik Sweep, they answered immediately, I described the problem, and hey presto! no problem! The pick up was booked for just a few hours later, the team rang me on site to double check what I wanted to happen, then I was called to make the payment over the phone, with an invoice provided the next day. Superb service, I wish I had found them before, and I shall certainly be using them again.

Brilliant service. We recently moved into our new home and had a lot of packaging material left over and some old unwanted furniture. I managed to get a quick booking with KwikSweep and they came two days later to clear it all. What a relief - and fantastic service.
