The eye serum is Great for under eye bags

The eye serum is brilliant it gets rid of bags under the eye it's great. The only down side is the very small bottle. The price is extortionate for the the amount you get . Maybe you could make the quantity greater for the price.

I think it would be good to have sample pots as I have one that I can not use it made my face feel like it was on fire which will mean pennies wasted but the rest very good

Waiting for new product.

I have bought a lot of products from Guy, he is the best. My complaint is with the pump action containers, the immortality ones, they don't seem to work. I have deconstructed 3 immortality tubes and put the contents into a empty jar from Matinika. We pay so much for this, and the pump action on the immortality cream container doesn't work
Update. A call from Guy, very apologetic, he's assured me the product is in a jar going forward.

Finally received a refund after emailing every day very poor communication, sent me a RMA with incorrect products on...had i not checked i doubt i would of received a refund....i personally would steer clear ....
would give no stars if I could, no communication regarding a return address, I cancelled my order, still taking money from my bank, I am preparing a case for Trading Standards.
Sorry lavielabs your reply is all lies....I have been emailing you virtually every day ...funny how I get a response occasionally....and yes I check my spam every day.....I'll leave it to the authorities to deal with, I've cancelled any further payments to you, no doubt you'll be running me down now....😂

I tried the products was not happy…

I tried the products was not happy phoned them spoke to someone because I could not recall some of what I was told during the original call they said they will send the recording
But that didn't happen I then told another man I wanted to send them back and he agreed
But no details where being sent to me so kept on
Then spoke to another man who first said no I could not send them back eventually he said he will listen to recording and then he agreed I could send them back and get refunded
That still didn't happen it's been holy hell trying gate return details
Then I get told it to late to return
And that I was not told I could of had copy of recordings and also no one said anything to me about returning them and getting refunded
So after many back and forth they finally sent me return address and asked me for proof of receipt
Had my stuff I asked when am I going to be refunded and they said they are not
So not only am I not having my money back but they are refusing to return my property to unless I agree to close complain that's not happening me so has of today the 12th of February I have still not had my property returned to me

I had a Bad experience with Lawie
I was with Daniela she is so sweet and I was happy with her! Until Guy come in then pitcher ! I spent 1,600.00 dollars with him and Wendy it was a disaster sending out wrong stuff which had to return ! The Tried to sell me stuff I don’t use I had to return! I paid $200.00 a month which
Wendy messed up with my Bank it got so bad the Bank would not do any more Business with her! I told Guy about it he did not wont to her any off it ! Told me you will never buy anything from Lawie
You have to order from the internet!
Further more I had to open a new Bank Account to finish making my payments to
Him thru Wendy! She is awful dont know what she is doing, Guy stud up for her!
Well enough it was not a good experience!
I paid him off and don’t won’t nothing to do with him!

I was not happy with misunderstanding…

I was not happy with misunderstanding of length of renewal, I would rather have had less products for a shorter time which I took to be the case.
Products are good but too expensive in the long run. I thought I had expressed this clearly.
However, on positive side I like most of the products.

I absolutely love the Matinika’ cream

I absolutely love the Matinika’ cream. This is my second purchase and hope to remain in doing so too. My skin feels like it’s finally getting a good drink whilst not feeling too tacky afterwards and having it look like a difference is being made with using one jar! Wrinkles seem like they’ve faded,less blotchy areas and smoother all over. Just healthy, and people have noticed a glow in my skin. I use it with No.7 protect and perfect serum and it’s a great combination for me,as the other products are too expensive to purchase together, but I love the cream! Fast delivery too. Highly recommend this product.5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Disappointed in quantity

The size of the exfoliant was a quarter of the size of those I purchased before. I feel ripped off.
Good products but very disappointed in the quantity for the same price.

SCAM!!
They'll sign you up to a costly monthly direct debit. My mum hasn't received any of the products and has contacted them to cancel but they're still taking money out of her account.

I give the product 5 stars but…

I give the product 5 stars its amazing ! BUT l have stopped using the product after 2 years of subscription because l kept getting sale calls from ' GUY ' who would be impossible to get off the phone and felt very much like a hard sale with a hard close . I miss this product but l don't miss the calls from Guy .
