London Camera Exchange - Nottingham Reviews 

I am 67 and have been taking photos since I was 7. In those 60 years I have used and owned a huge number of cameras and lenses and have bought and sold kit from a fair number of shops. For no specific reason I had never used London Camera exchange until last week when I bought an open box Sigma 16-28mm L mount lens. I was so impressed with their service that I went on to buy a Sigma 24-70 and a Sigma 70-200. The prices were great and the service was exemplary. I will be back!

Exceptional service from the staff at Nottingham branch and Jason at Exeter - thus enabling me to benefit from the offers available on this fantastic lens.
Jason sorted me out with a UV filter too and put it in the same parcel; and Nottingham found a suitable carrying bag for me. I was up-and-running in no time.

I bought two lenses, separate transactions and they phoned to make sure I actually wanted two lenses and hadn't accidentally made a duplicate order. The customer service throughout was above and beyond - really friendly, customer focused and kept me informed at all stages. Knowledgeable, understood what I was asking for and why and was able to organise the purchase and delivery in a very short space of time.

Was a very good experience but the lens arrived freezing cold so when I opened the box it instantly fogged up completely, I know this is user error but maybe a mention in an email or on the box to help with that as I wouldn't want any damage right after opening it.
