Prompt service from Matt kept undated through whole process, staff very helpful all questions answered. Picked new vehicle up within a week. Would high recommend.

I bought a car from Matt at Leighton car sales in Heswall Wirral, back in April and within the first week I had issues with the car. I made them aware over several emails and calls but was ignored. Eventually they took the car in to be fixed. The car sat there for nearly 5 weeks where I was lied to several times and also ignored over and over again. Eventually when I was told it was fixed I picked the car up. But again within several days the same fault appeared. Long story short they had the car a total of 4 occasions from April to sept and I only actually had the car for a total off 4 weeks at different times, I must have sent over 100 emails and rang over 40 times and kept getting excuses. I asked for the mangers contact details about 5/6 times and they would not give me them. Matt was an absolute joke and the service was shocking. Eventually they took the car back and have put it back up for sale within 2 days I was told by them that they could not fix the fault yet they have put it back up for sale.
Please stay away I now know of several people who have had similar issues with them.

Drew greeted me while I was looking at cars for sale. He wasn't pushy and I was able to test drive the car on my own. The car was ready to be collected 2 weeks later bur unfortunately when I went to get it a tyre was flat and the drivers seat had been damaged and ripped by some one who had handled it during that time, either for the mot, service or valet. I pointed this out to drew who couldn't have been more apologetic. The tyre was replaced the next morning and it's booked into have the seat recovered.

Sure it would have been easier if this hadn't have happened but accidents can happen and the company have been helpful in putting it fight for me so far so hopefully will all be fixed smoothly.

I have never had so much trouble with a car or dealership in my life!
Bought a citroen c4 grand picasso from them, before I even got home loud screeching noise from the rear wheel and the air-conditioning didn't work, took it back was told because it had new break pads (advisories on the previous mot) that It would settle down, the engine started smoking the next day a fuel injector was broken, after that being fixed a week later the engine started smoking again, to only find out the FRESH mot had been lied about the work on the advisories had never been done I.e oil leek and break pads. I was spoken to awful by matt.
For the car then to be sat in the garage for 2 weeks! After this I picked the car back up to drive it home, a fault with the dpf appeared on the dash. the car went into full limp mode to be told they would just take the dpf out and program the car as if it never had one, this is illegal. At this point I had enough i handed them the keys and told them I didn't want the car. They then ignored my finance company and kept the funds and the car for 5 weeks before enforcement agents had to be dispatched to the site. This resulted in me loosing my job due to having no car because the finance couldn't re finance me until the dealer released the funds back. They then held my cash deposit and I was getting passed around when i called to the point I had to go there today and ask for my money back in person, that then took them 2 minutes to do why It had to take a week of phonecalls until I finally showed up to give me my deposit back is beyond me.
Please don't even give this garage a chance. I wouldn't wish this experience on anybody!!

Very helpful with choosing a car with drew. Gave me advice with what to do with my previous car. Would recommend buying a car from here
