Purchased the car, upon picking car up on 1st day travelled 3 miles in car to return car with a fault on dashboard, called again 2 days later to replace glow plugs, drove off down road same thing happened again, booked in the next week, fixed they said, a wk later fault returned that’s besides putting me off in saying the earliest a mechanic had availability was 10 days, for a mechanic to be off I’ll, didn’t get seen to the next late in the day, once again a wk later same fault on car, booked the car into the car manufacturer’s to find £2000 worth of repairs are needed, glow plugs poorly fitted properly and damaged the wiring, the original fault was found that was upstream turbine sensor full of carbon, also a ECM software update, ball joints, arms and rubbers all worn, brakes and discs and tyres at front all need replacing, the best bit they handed me a new MOT with no advisory note to say about these worn parts that should of been dealt with before I purchased the car DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Contacted them a few days ago to book an appointment to view 3 cars. Travelled nearly an hour to be told when I arrived that all 3 had gone. alternative cars were offered ( 3 Qashqai that I’d not even expressed an interested in, and 1 not even at the garage yet) safe to say it was a huge disappointment, complete waste of time and diesel to get there and spend 2 minutes in the sales room. They didn’t seem to care. Would not recommend

They are very good when you are purchasing a car from them but when you have a problem with the car that customer service soon disappears
After purchasing the car we had several problems and kept saying they couldn’t fit us in
Tim the manager was on site and said get it sorted which they did to be fair but feel it was only cause Tim the manager was there
Several months later we have another problem with the car and they where totally unhelpful
I asked to speak to Tim and got told he’s hardly ever there and was totally unhelpful wouldn’t even pass a message on to call me and was rude
My advice is to stay away as there after sales customer service is appalling
They have made the sale so don’t want to know after

Little update I have called the garage as asked to do so thinking they would be a little more helpful
Again how disappointed was I
Wayne was very rude not answering my questions just expecting me to answer his
Raised voices was not what i expected!
I have mentioned his name as when i asked who i was talking to
his reply was Wayne so
there you go another name to add to your list
Again not letting me leave a message for Tim
we have been told the car that we purchased from them less than a year ago needs a new engine
after spending nearly £10,000 on a car with them this is not what we expected
AVOID THIS GARAGE
Nice when buying Rude and unhelpful when there's a problem

Bought a car beginning of April from David who wasn't pushy and was on hand if I needed to ask any questions and was a rather enjoyable car shopping experience. I've had my fair share of cheaper 2nd hand cars and not knowing much about them I do run the risk of getting a dud. Hopefully fingers crossed this is a good one but only time will tell....
