Excellent service from start to finish, had already seen the car I wanted on the website so was given keys for a good look around and I was sold. Car was ready on the day and time they stated, it was absolutely immaculate inside and out and drives like a dream. Extended warranty gives me peace of mind and the lovely staff also give me peace of mind that I’m dealing with a great company, nothing but praise, wouldn’t go anywhere else :)

Don't touch this company with a barge pole! I bought a car from them remotely last year and they lied to me from the start. The salesman told me it had one owner, a full service history and the bodywork just had a few scratches. It had seven previous owners, hardly any history and had been resprayed badly and the wheels were terrible. To give them their due, they paid for a respray and wheels refurb. The real problem came later when a series of other issues started to show in the colder months and I found out that the car had been in a front end shunt and the engine had been removed. They suggested we put in a warranty claim which was rejected due to the apparent previous damage. I asked them to contribute to the cost but they wouldn't let my local mechanic do the work. I've had to spend £1k to fix these issues. Knowing what I now know, I would have done more due diligence before buying a car from them, particularly remotely.

Had trouble finding a suitable vehicle for a long while as both my wife and I are clueless about cars and we needed something that suited both our needs. Fortunately Matt was very helpful and talked us through our options and we ended up leaving extremely satisfied.

The worst customer service
I paid a deposit on a transit custom after I was told that the inside was immaculate and there was some body work being done to it then they would send over some photos. They eventually put the photos up on the website and the van looked in really good condition apart from a dent on the rear wheel arch which in fairness they did offer to knock money off . I made a 4 hour journey to purchase this vehicle and when I saw the van I was shocked , it was not as advertised and it was an absolute shed of a vehicle , a total waste of time and a lot of wasted fuel
I will never deal with this company again , please believe the other reviews as they are all telling the truth there is zero customer service from this appalling company

Be careful!!! I do not recommend!!! I'll start by saying that people who work there are constantly lying. Problems with the car began after the first week of use. Leak from the gearbox, which they did not fix although we gave the car for repair for over a week.Poured rear spring, non-working lamp sensors and much more. The biggest disappointment was that after three weeks we started to have a problem with the engine. Again, we gave the car for repair and as it turned out, they did nothing to repair it. In the meantime, it also find out that the brake pads were not replaced, although when buying a car they promised to do so. So I unconsciously risked my and my family's life by driving a malfunctioning car. Finally, two months after buying it, the car died in the middle of the road. Calling the office, I kept hearing lies, excuses and even screams directed towards me. The staff were rude all the time. And the words I heard from the employee "repair this car and sell it to someone else" surpassed everything. I ended up getting a refund after scaring them with judgement. Don't buy anything from them.

I purchased a car from these at the beginning of October. It is now the end of January, and the same problems persist after taking the car back 3 times. It was not ready for a week and a half after the arranged pick up date, and it was fortunate that we rang before we made the hour-long trip as they didn’t tell us. The stop/start system has never worked and still doesn’t, I still have smoke coming from the engine and through the vents, the tyre pressure monitor is broken, and they just kept resetting it, the handbrake cable snapped after they changed the calliper, the temperature reading is wrong, and the coolant level disappears and refills under pressure.
They had my car for 2 weeks over Christmas and it was hardly worked on and still wasn’t ready when we got there at the arranged time and still isn’t fixed. They quickly put a battery in and didn’t put the cover back on securely. My car came back missing dust caps, had a punctured tyre that I’ve had to replace at my own cost and was full of mud on the carpets and seats as their grounds are like a swamp.
3 months on, and I still don’t have a logbook for the car as they made a mistake on it. I have had different stories from Matt each time I have queried it and he finally admitted that he never sent it off. I am now faced with a bill from a trusted garage for the car to be fixed properly and pay for the logbook they messed up which will add an extra owner onto the car.
Take this review as fair warning and go elsewhere! I am not the only customer they have messed around have a look on trust pilot and another car sites.. I wish I did!
