Really pleased with the service and quick delivery, kept up to date. Only request would be to have loyalty points applied for bike purchases which I’ve had when I ordered from a different bike shop in the past. If they offered the same bike I would have bought from them.

On holiday out on a bike ride when…
On holiday out on a bike ride when boyfriends rear brakes seized up. Found shop on goggle and paid a visit.
After spending an hour trying to sort bike out managed to make it ok to get back to base. Just want to say thanks to all the staff who were professional, helpful and great service.
Well worth a visit if your in Lancaster.

Endura Hummvee great shorts mountain biking and knocking around in
I bought 2 pair of Endura Hummvee shorts which are great quality just for knocking around and the occasional mountain bike ride. They are a great fit with expandable waist with a belt and have had Hummvee before which have turned out to be very durable.

Ordered some Troy Lee gloves (great price), sadly they didn't fit. Dead easy to send back, free using Inpost But Inpost took a while, once Leisure Lakes got them back i had new pair the next day. Comms was spot on, on how to get them back and fast.

Great Service
Bought a pannier on a click and collect basis - also a pair of gloves (from the Lancaster shop). The staff there were extremely helpful and fitted the bag for me. The items were not cheap but seemed robust and I expect them to last.
