From start to finish I cannot recommend Let's Go Baby and Vera enough. Communication was excellent throughout, pick up and drop off both extremely well coordinated, excellent quality car seat - seemed very new and very clean, plus helpful fitting video sent in advance (no need to be googling whilst trying to fit it in a rental car pick up garage...). I would not hesitate to use again. Thank you Vera and team - you made transporting our little toddler safely extremely easy!

Let’s go baby was a godsend with reliable door to door service, convenient product search and ordering and Vera was such a pleasure to work with. She even recommended a babysitting service that made our stay in Lisbon absolutely perfect. I will absolutely rely on her and her services for future stays.

Wonderful experience! 'Let's go baby' saved our trip and were so incredibly accommodating. We met at the airport, and despite incredibly long lines and wait times, Vera waited for us to ensure we received the stroller. I would recommend them to anyone!

Vera was the most helpful and amazing to work with at Lets go baby! We rented a tub, a baby walker and a baby brezza formula machine and it was all in great condition and delivered exactly on time! Would highly recommend to anyone!

The most wonderful service and super convenient. They catered to our needs perfectly. We had a small issue with the first pram, but it was quickly replaced with a fully functional one. Really appreciate the efficiency and that fact that they came to our locations super fast.

The service this company provides is amazing. We rented a stroller that was delivered to the hotel by the time we arrived and then picked up when we left. The stroller was much needed for our time in Portugal. What a fabulous service! And what a great company!

We had an outstanding experience with Let’s Go Baby! From the very beginning, Vera was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. Her communication was exceptional throughout our trip, making the whole process seamless and stress-free.

The staff was friendly, reliable, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. They cared about our family, and made us feel welcome. During an unexpected power outage, they made sure we got safely to our hotel, which was a huge relief. Every member of the team went above and beyond for us- from Jose waiting 3hrs at the airport when we couldn’t get our baggage, to Jorge walking us to the check in counter when we departed.

When we arrived, the stroller, diapers, and wipes we had requested were already delivered and waiting at the hotel. The stroller itself was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for our needs.

We also had a last-minute change of plans, and Vera quickly arranged alternative transportation without any hassle.

Highly recommend Let’s Go Baby for anyone traveling with little ones—exceptional service and peace of mind! Vera truly cares about her customers.

We rented a toddler carseat and used the airport transfer service from Let's go Baby. Vera was super communicative and pragmatic, making sure she got every single detail right. The carseat was in great condition. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know going to Portugal with kids.

Amazing service. Needed a car seat before we were meant to pick up our hire car and found Let's go baby. We were met in arrivals and given the car seat - all very quick and much appreciated as our flight landed at 11pm. Great communication with Vera throughout. And again a seamless drop-off at the airport before we flew home. 10/10 highly recommend this company.

Life saver! Our Airbnb let us down last minute with a cot so in a panic I thankfully found Let's Go Baby who was so responsive and hand delivered me a travel cot for 3 nights! It would have been a very different holiday experience with a baby in the bed, so I cannot thank you enough!

Super easy to use and navigate the website (although once confirmed & paid I had a moment on where to collect from as didn't realise they delivered!) and a huge amount of options available as well.

My whole family absolutely loved our driver, Jorge, who Vera arranged. It felt like we have a friend showing us around, rather than a driver. He went above and beyond every single time we saw him and even my shy toddler was laughing and giving him high fives. From letting us borrow an umbrella for several days to taking a longer route so we could see the ocean, to staying with us at the airport until we managed to navigate the baggage tagging screens…and so much more!
