We used Let’s Go Baby’s stroller and taxi (with baby seat) service for a holiday in Lisbon with our 1,5 year old daughter, and it was so perfect! Quick and clear communication, impeccable stroller delivery and taxi service. We will definitely use them again!!

Vera is absolutely wonderful. I don’t know if she is a one-woman team or not but we were throughly impressed by her responsiveness, flexibility and ability to come up with options that we didn’t even think possible.

We only requested a travel cot (pretty last minute as well) and she delivered superbly! She not only offered to work directly with the host but also delivered a sheet and matttess protector as well. She even worked with the host at the end to coordinate how to best do pick up (since we were scheduled to leave quite early).

Vera’s thoughtfulness and expert level communication made me thankful that we found her. I would recommend a hundred times over!

I cannot begin to express how unbelievably good the service from Vera was. From start to finish, she understood our needs and worked with us to establish the best options and solutions for our visit to Portugal. We were travelling with two young children and wanted to ensure they had safe, suitable car seats for each journey we took and Vera helped guide us on not only the best seats but also the most effective and economic way of using them throughout our stay. She also helped arrange multiple transfers, including an airport pick-up - with the car seats already installed and ready to go. Throughout our stay, she remained in constant contact and was courteous, friendly, and responsive at all times. When our flight was cancelled and times changed, she helped re-arrange matters efficiently and effectively without any hassle at all and confirmations were detailed and clear. We also used her services to hire a bed guard and a UV parasol and the range of 'extras' she is able to offer parents is a fantastic addition to an already exceptional service. For any parents travelling to Portugal, I could not recommend Let's Go Baby any more! Thank you so much for making our trip to your wonderful country a truly amazing one.

Fantastic experience with let’s go baby. I ordered a cot and a pram, both were delivered and collected at my chosen time & location. They were well made and worked out perfectly for our holiday. Great value pricing for the number of days we rented them for. Would definitely recommend.

Vera was waiting for us when we arrived at the Lisbon airport with a car seat, and was there to pick it up at our rental car location as well. She was a very clear and responsive communicator and made the process very simple. The car seat was in good shape and she clearly showed us how to use it. Would definitely work with her again when traveling in the future!

I couldn't recommend Let's Go Baby enough! We rented a travel cot and mattress through them, and Vera provided us with exceptional service. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. When I arrived a bit late in returning the rental to the warehouse, Vera was kind to ask if I was ok through WhatsApp. For a true peace of mind during your holidays, I highly recommend this service. I can highly recommend this company. Communication was super easy and people always asked if everything was okay. The child seat was of very good quality and all safety standards were met.

Highly recommend this service! Vera was extremely easy to communicate with and very flexible to meet and greet regarding the travel pram we hired. The pram was as described and served the purpose very well. Upon our departure, we were very happy to receive of small gift of paper and colouring pens for our children to keep them entertained on the flight. I will happily use Let's Go Baby again.
