We have used Let’s Go Baby several times and could not recommend more highly - firstly for visitors of ours who had children when we were living in Lisbon, and then more recently during our first trip to back to Portugal with our 5 month old. Vera and the team made the whole experience so easy for us and took away a lot of stress! They are so responsive and the quality of the equipment is great. Our 5 month old is a baby on the smaller side so to have a reliable car seat was really important to us. The team were also checking in on us throughout our stay which was a great personal touch. Overall would hugely recommend for anyone travelling to Lisbon/Portugal with children!

Renting a stroller from Let's Go Baby was a lifesaver! Our airline lost our checked stroller, but thankfully, Let's Go Baby provided a clean, high-quality replacement quickly and easily. Vera was super responsive, and the online reservation process was a breeze. This made our trip to Lisbon with kids so much smoother – highly recommend!

I used Let’s Go Baby to drive my husband, my six-month-old baby, and me to/from the airport during our stay in Lisbon. Vera was so helpful and friendly and always responded to me right away. The car and the car seat that transferred us were perfect and our driver, Tiago, was very helpful and friendly. Vera was also available to help us coordinate a day trip somewhere but we decided to just stay in Lisbon instead. I would definitely recommend using Let’s Go Baby!

Vera was SO kind and helpful. I was new to European car seats, but she went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable installing the car seat correctly—even sending a follow-up video addressing the specific concerns I had after watching the generic installation tutorial. And this was all before I had even booked!

The car seat was in perfect condition (and I'm picky with car seats!), Vera was easy to communicate with and prompt in every interaction. She was so kind with my kids when she dropped off and picked up the car seat, and overall every interaction we had was delightful. 100% would book with her again—I'd give more stars if I could!

We recently rented baby gear for our trip to Portugal, and the experience was exceptional! We rented a car seat, stroller, baby monitor, and blackout curtains—all of which were in great condition. Vera was incredibly responsive, accommodating, and went above and beyond by providing diapers so we didn’t have to pack any. She met us right at the arrivals terminal when we landed, and again at the car rental return when we left, which made our travel so much easier. We didn’t have to worry about lugging extra gear through the airport, allowing us to pack light with just carry-on luggage. Vera’s service made our trip stress-free and enjoyable for my husband, son, and me. Highly recommend!

Rented a baby carrier and the experience was seamless! Lets go baby was easy to communicate with and the rental was waiting for me at the resort, in perfect clean ready to use condition. Would definitely use again!

We travelled to Lisbon from Singapore with our 11m old daughter and this was our first experience renting baby facilities. Vera and Let’s Go Baby were excellent - we rented a stroller, baby bath and high chair for our 1 week stay. The rental process was very easy, the items were in great condition and Vera was extremely communicative and so accommodating when we had to swap high chairs as the one we’d originally booked didn’t fit our Airbnb. I’d definitely recommend using Let’s Go Baby to save yourself the hassle of bringing your baby things on holiday!

Do yourself a favour and get in contact with Let’s Go Baby if you’re travelling with kids. I cannot say enough good things. Vera scheduled drivers seamlessly with car seats, rented me a backpack carrier and got me diapers upon arrival so we didn’t have to travel with more than needed for a flight. Brilliant service and I truly felt the costs were super affordable for a family stretching to make a vacation work. Do not hesitate. Having professional communicative people on the other end of a text is so comforting when travelling with a 2yo. The most amazing part was just that Vera was a sounding board for me as I was deciding things like taking a train or renting a car. So so so valuable. Thank you Vera. Selection of products was good and we were able to hire a seat very similar to what we have at home. Vera was very prompt with communication and sent a message after collection to check everything was ok.

We used let’sgobaby.pt to rent a travel cot, mattress and toys for our 11 month baby girl during our holiday in Cascais. The cot and mattress were very comfortable and my baby slept better on this than she does at home! It was great to have the option of toy rental too to save space in the suitcase! The communication from Vera was excellent and she was very flexible and prompt with delivery and collection. It was a really easy process and I will definitely be booking again. Thank you Vera & team!
