We arrived in Lisbon believing we had access to a suitable car seat for our two year old daughter but soon realised we didn’t. I reached out to Vera very late at night and received a reply - by 8am the next morning we had a fantastic car seat delivered to our hotel (and collected at the end of our stay).
Vera took time to demonstrate how to fit the car seat and followed up with sending a virtual tutorial. She checked in later in the day to ensure we were happy with the product. The products are new, clean and meet all the current safety regulations - Vera is well versed in this information so you can feel confident that your child will be receiving a bespoke product for their needs.
The service was fantastic, completely trustworthy and to such a high standard. I can’t recommend this company enough.

I couldn’t be happier with our experience renting a car seat and buying diapers through Let’s Go Baby. I loved that there were options for car seats and I could do my research on them before choosing, because I wanted to be sure my little one was safe. I reached out to see if Vera could bring diapers along with the seat and she was helpful in explaining what’s available in diaper brands in Portugal and how they translate to American brands. Vera herself was wonderful! She was waiting for us at the airport and had super clear instructions about where to find her. She gave us a brief overview of how to install the seat and we were off! I’ll be telling everyone I know bringing kids to Portugal about this amazing service.

We rented a stroller in Lisbon. The customer service was excellent!!! The stroller was light and good to handle. First we didn’t know how to fold it but we received a very good instruction via WhatsApp. They are super friendly. I hope they will soon operate in Algarve too.

Delivery was seamless and the quality of the hired products was perfect. Vera was so helpful and understanding she made the whole process simple and easy which is just what you need when travelling.

We received an excellent service from Vera! We rented a baby buggy and a baby bed, and forgot to include the matress. Vera made sure we had everything we needed and suggested to meet us at a place that would ease our departure. 6 stars! Highly recommended!
