On Tuesday 21st April our boiler broke down leaving my wife and I (in our 70s and 80s) without hot water or heating. A Liberty engineer came to find it needed a part to fix it and he would send for the part that day and another engineer would come the following day to fix it. No one came. I phoned Liberty on Wednessay asking when our boiler would be fixed. I phoned twice and was cut off. I managed to speak to someone on my third attempt to phone and I was told they need to send away for a part and woult take 48 hours. I phoned Liberty this morning Friday 24th April in hope of asking when our boiler would get fixed. But after being on the phone for 15 minutes with nothing but sounds of music they cut me off. Bad service? Not just bad but disgusting. Nothing seems to be done. No one it seems is available to even answer the phones. Wake up Liberty, stop taking liberties with customers.

The engineer was very polite. As the problem was in the outside rubbish area, I didn’t stay with him and I haven’t been there to check if the problem has been fixed.

Neil was very efficient, friendly and turned up on time. Unfortunately due to the age of my apartment the job couldn't be completed but was no fault of Neil, he tried his best to sort it but the seals arnt made anymore for my doors.
