Excellent service as always

Excellent service as always. Easy to navigate website even though thousands of items are listed. Ordering process is straightforward with lots of payment options. Well packaged and delivered very quickly.

The first lamp I received was faulty

The first lamp I received was faulty, I could not screw one of the screws in. After ringing your company, it took a while for them to ring me back, but then when they did I received excellent service and received a new lamp the following day which is up and running perfectly

Brilliant service

Brilliant service, first time I have used them, great company to do business with. There was something slightly different with the product I ordered and they contacted me by phone less then 5 mins, after I placed order, to explain.

The light fitting came safely two days later perfectly packaged, and has now been fitted and looks lovely. Also this website was the cheapest by far for my item.

I was really happy with my goods

I was really happy with my goods , they match my other crystal .
Only thing I think the postage was very expensive, they goods were cheap enough but the price became expensive when postage added
Otherwise I would order again
