In less than 2 years the battery has gone on kitchen alarm, with a 10 year warranty I contacted the company but from what I can tell they are no longer running. Disappointed

Ordered and paid in the 24Feb still waiting and still waiting for alarms
I ordered and paid for alarms 24th Feb still waiting. Was advised that the delivery would be 3-5 days after the 5 March.
Contacted them 10 March and received a reply order would be dispatched the week beginning 14 March.
Contacted them again 18 March, as order still hadn’t been processed I asked for a refund got a reply saying no problem you will be refunded in the next 5-7 days. Next day got an email saying goods have been fully processed.
Wednesday 23 March received email order now out for delivery.
Contacted them again Friday 25 March regarding delivery and refund. No text or email was sent from Royal Mail regarding delivery. Now being told they have failed my request for a refund and if the parcel arrives to send it back then they will process a refund. So disappointed. This isn’t acceptable.

Pros/Cons
Pros: Cheapest I could find on the web and wanted to support local business, problem with faulty alarm was replaced swiftly once contact was eventually made.
Cons: slow response to email, cannot get through on telephone, not open for assistance over the weekend, instructions poor I eventually had to use an Australian Ankra YouTube video to sync the alarms.

Having submitted not one but two orders to this company I'm generally disappointed with the poor level of advice which I have received following receipt of these orders. The instructions which came with these units are appalling and may as well have been written in Chinese for all the use they were.
Quite how this company is 'endorsed' by the Scottish Government is beyond me, although that probably says more about the incompetence of the Scottish Government than anything else. The current Trustpilot rating says it all; buy from elsewhere if you can.

Just received my pack. Absolutely love them. They are really well made and look great. Totally worth it.
Really easy to link together, the instructions are clear (but make sure you read the relevant part, either with remote or without).

Money taken almost 2 months before newest delivery time ‘aim’
Payment taken when I placed the order 9 February. Pretty sure their website said the alarms would be despatched within a week.
Contacted them 2 March to chase order and received a reply saying it would be despatched the week beginning 14 March.
18 March got email saying the status of the order has changed to processed and they ‘aim’ to have it with me between in 3-5 days after the 28th of February.
If they can’t fulfil the demand, they should pause new orders until they’ve fulfilled the orders people have already paid for.
By the time I receive the alarms, if the date doesn’t change again, it will be around 2 months since I ordered them. Might open a PayPal dispute as this isn’t acceptable.

**Be wary**. I ordered their alarms on 18th February and was advised that delivery would be 3-5 days after 2nd March. It's now the 18th and still no sign. I emailed on 15th March and received an automated a response that said orders placed on 18th Feb would be despatched on 17th March. A further response was received on 16th March advising that the alarms would be despatched the week commencing 21st March. They annoying thing is they continue to advertise on STV.
Astronomical price , compared to today's prices
Took almost 2 months to be delivered , astronomical price compared what you can pick them up for now , however they are only exploiting a situation that we all probably wish we had thought of

This company are about customer satisfaction , their website, information and communiacations are excellent.
With the massive demand for alarms just now then I planned for delay and the company kept me regularly updated.
When the alarms arrived I found I didnt have installation instructions included but no problem as all available as a download and a video on website. Next day they instructions arrived by post and I hadn’t got around to asking for them
Great job done , alarms easily linked to remote and fitted in under 30 minutes.

My chase up email ( as they will not take calls) requested a refund if no stock was available. IGNORED!
Money taken in January, while I understand there is a big demand but i cannot look elsewhere for a supplier who might. Selfish and greedy.

This company has been excellent and more than helpful with my order. I had a problem with the delivery date that was not suitable for my situation. After contacting them they pulled out all the stops to help me get the result I required. I received the alarms ahead of the revised date.

Recommend the remote control
The instructions could be better, I would imagine many people will be finding it difficult to link these alarms if not purchasing the remote control. I eventually did link my alarms but beware if you make a mistake it’s back to the beginning and in the worst case you may have to reset them individually or all. There are instructions on how to do this. I did try to call them and also emailed but no response. I would recommend buying the remote control as there is a video on their web site explaining the procedure, it’s seems a simpler procedure using the remote.
