Lee called who was a pleasure to deal with made switching contracts very smooth
I was called by Lee who was very pleasant to talk to and very informative. He gave me a better deal with British Gas than British Gas could offer and made it very easy to renew my contract. I will definitely deal with Lloyd Energy in the future and hopefully, Lee will assist with my future contracts.

Patrick has just helped me to renew my electricity contract, and has been most helpful. This is the first time I have dealt with Lloyd Energy, and whilst I did find the initial persistent cold calling irritating, once I had been transferred to Patrick who was knowledgeable and polite, we were able to do a deal. I've dealt with Patrick for a number of years now and he has always managed to get me the best deal - I do check! I've found him to be friendly and polite. He is also transparent with his commission costs which is more than I can say for most.
