Patrick goes out of his way to make things easier
we have had a number of different electric contracts in the past and to be honest we have got into a bit of a muddle. i was very impressed with Patrick Smith from Lloyd energy he paved the way to a trouble fee switch over

Lloyd' Energy representative Patrick was fairly knowledgeable, resourceful, polite and courteous in his disposition. Offered a fair and competitive price when the market was volatile and was in constant contact to make sure that all was progressing satisfactory. There are a number of dates applicable and hence no particular date can be highlighted. However an approximate date could perhaps be categorized at being at the inception when the contract was first entered into.

Excellent service
Austin always offers us the best deals. He is very proactive and calls us when the contracts are due for renewal. He handles any energy issues for us, saving us time on hold to the supplier ourselves. We are very happy with the service we receive.

Great prices, friendly service.
I have dealt with Steven Igles at Lloyd energy for many years now, looking after my energy contracts. He has always given me great prices, compared with the current market. A really friendly chap to deal with, giving multiple options for future years, and never being arrogant or pushy. I would certainly recommend!
