AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
As the other 1 star reviews mention, I only received 1 of 2 parcels and after countless emails I can’t get through to anyone. I have reported to trading standards and I would advise not ordering from this company and for others to report to trading standards as well, I’m assuming they’ve gone out of business but are still accepting orders - disgusting!

Terrible customer experience
Ordered £70+ worth of items, only 1 of 2 parcels were delivered. I've been trying to get in contact as this order was paid WEEKS ago. No reply, nothing. I paid extra for the heavy lifting to be done as one of the items was 50kg (the item that was never delivered in the first place). Order says Fulfilled yet when you track it you see that only 1 of 2 parcels were picked up.

Placed a order on the 20/05/2025. Today is the 9/6/2025. Order status still says unfulfilled. Countless phone calls that go unanswered, email unanswered, web chat unanswered. DPD postage label created on the 30/05/2025 but delivery still not handed to the carrier. Again no Comms from company, no replies to messages and unanswered phone calls.
Do yourselfs a favour and avoid this company like the plague

Terrible customer service, have not received my order.
Very slow replies to emails, no reply to calls. I had to ask a number of times about my delivery only to be told that a product is out of stock. I was promised next day delivery, but a week and a half later still no reply to my emails, or any sight of delivery.

terrible service. there was a delay in shipping my order, when i emailed for information about the delay no response. when i called numerous times no response.
it wasn’t until i reported it to the payment provider i used did they refund me.
