Fast delivery, good products and very easy to order / track. Five Stars

I needed an urban style backpack with a main compartment a little taller than the norm and, after trying some other brands decided to pay the extra for a Briggs & Riley @Work Large Cargo pack. London Luggage tend to offer a 10% discount so I looked online but found they were out of stock. Undeterred I called the shop, spoke to Patrick the owner who promptly went and found the last one that was on the shop floor. He carefully checked it was the right model etc and then offered to put it aside for me to collect (they can't offer the same delivery service from the shop as they do for online orders which get packed and despatched from their warehouse). I collected the bag, obtained the 10% discount, and had a very enjoyable chat with Patrick whilst admiring his shop. First class service - oh, and the backpack is truly excellent, I made the right choice there.

Easy to order the suitcase I wanted and add personalisation letters.
There was a problem with the delivery entirely due to the courier. Melissa at London Luggage sorted out the problem for me and the suitcase was delivered 2 days later.

A vast range of products are available and the website is easy to use allowing a good range of filtering. The ordering process was straightforward. I particularly like the speedy delivery service too. I had absolutely brilliant customer service when I needed to contact them. All in all great service and I recommend them to you.

Perfect. I got the bag I wanted at a great price. Approx 50% of the normal the cost during a sale and yes I confirmed that it was a genuinely good price before purchasing. It was delivered on schedule and overall the service was hassle free. Only issue is the bag is for commuting and every train is still having delays! :-)
