Outstanding team and service. Purchased a high end Tumi bag online but had some delivery issues. Team very helpful and went well beyond to get the bag to me on time. Really impressed.

Excellent customer service and speedy delivery.

We purchased this luggage item as it was described as Easy Jet friendly, on reaching the gate we were charged £48 as it was deemed too large. We have complained with Easy Jet too but feel this is mis-advertised on your site.

The item ordered arrived on time and it was excatly as it appered on the website.

Order was delivered to Portsmouth freight handler for shipment to Guernsey.
We recieved goods within 2 working days.
This enabled us to purchase from a company that does not ship dirrct to Guernsey.

I ordered two Samsonite cases and they were exactly as described with a welcome discount.
Only one case was delivered on the expected date not the two I expected.
I emailed London Luggage who responded to me quickly, traced the missing case and had it delivered. Excellent service.

The case didn't arrive at the notified time. After a couple of days I rang to find out where the delivery was and they told me it had been damaged and they never sent it. Would have been nice to have been told!
Credited in full, which is why I gave them 2 stars, but a little proactivity would have been appreciated.
I wonder what would have happened had I not chased?

There was a delay to my shipment but Abbie sorted it for me and the bag arrived before our holiday. A special thanks to Abbie. She is a real asset to your company.
